If this were real, and its not, but if it were, he'd have a strong case for all the illegal taping that went on. In many states the taped party has to consent. This could be a tricky way of gaining consent to that NSA mess. The new pitch will be that "it protects us from racism..."
Woman no matter what color they have an special flavor so if the guy can't get it the right way well there can be side effects like this one, killing is wrong for sure but going to war is not that bad for the families? Telling someone what color you are is wrong but telling your girlfriend or wife is not that hot anymore is not that for them??

In all fairness, his own private belief is protected by the constitution so I don't think it's fair that they're taking away his ownership rights. No one is perfect in this world so why pass judgement on someone else's private thoughts.
