If you get rid of the electoral college, that guarantees the end of this country. We aren’t a single country, we are a union of 50 states. Not sure why people don’t understand that. Los Angeles County alone would have more power than 43 states if the electoral college was abolished. Do you really think the state of Missouri or Nebraska or any other state would be willing to be governed by LA County? They would secede immediately. This isn’t 1860, nobody is going to fight a war over states leaving. Maybe that’s the best thing going forward anyway? Maybe we should be split up since we can’t get along anymore?

@@ubon11 That is a misrepresentation of the situation. Other states would still have their own state legislature. They would still vote in their representatives as always to Congress. The only thing that would change with getting rid of the electoral college is how the president is elected. And why should the president not be about how many people for the person no matter where they live in the country? It isn't a state's issue. The president is supposed to represent all of us as a country. The electoral college makes some votes matter more than others simply by where people live. That is undemocratic. So even though more people may vote for one person because the votes in certain states end up mattering more the other person can become president.

I agree with the first part (face blurred), but I think his voice should be heard in a lost language spoken on a tiny island in the Pacific by 13 people. That way, we won't have to put so much effort in understanding what his meaning is. I worked in a fast food restaurant, and because I actually worked for a living....I know how the food is REALLY prepared there. As a consequence, I try to avoid fast food restaurants. If Chump is such a "fan" of conspiracy theories, how has he failed to notice all the mass food poisoning incidents/e-coli incidents that originate in fast food restaurants? Or maybe that's why he avoids salads?
