I think the point is America includes more than the 50 States - Being born in Territories means you are an American National (and in 4of5 get an American citizenship automatically). Many will also include SOUTH and Central America as Americans logically. Where as USA is just the 50 states. (USVI is not part of the USA) and can run for president.

Central America and South America are made up of independent nations and although they are part of what is known as “The Americas” they are not part of United States of America also known as America/USA. The US Virgin Islands are a territory of the USA/America. The Bahamas are not a USA/American territory! #45 is an idiot and has no clue wtf he’s talking about as usual!!

Just for context his rally in NC was in the Crown Complex. I live in Fayetteville, the Crown Complex is the place used for high school graduations and flower shows. He couldn't even get the Crown Coliseum, the place where comic book and anime conventions sell out. He couldn't even get the building that sells out Diseny on Ice and the Harlem Globetrotters. The Crown Complex sits in the parking lot of the Crown Coliseum. It's where my high school graduation was held and we had a bigger crowd than Trump had. That's how pathetic his rally was.

Earl A. Birkett Yes, but Truman was NOT re-elected. The American people were not at all pleased that under Truman we came very close to being defeated in the initial phases of the Korean War due to Trumans complacency and lack of urgency. MacCarthur was far more accomplished than Truman, and far smarter. MacCarthur graduated 1st in his class at the Academy which is a tremendous difficult achievement. He attained the highest rank and commanded aft the highest most complex levels. Truman only reached rank of Captain. Ultimately Truman firing MacCarthur (whos brilliant bold strategies) dramatically turned the tide in Korea backfired on his political career. MacCarthur is today far more revered for good cause than the entirely mediocre Truman.

We'd have to build a public transport system to deal with gas prices, but other than that... eh. Still nah. 3 trillion a year is stolen from less developed countries by more developed countries through what amounts to national level predatory lending and debt slavery. Our military enforces for that racket. I'd imagine we pull a profit on our military budget tbh. Maybe we dont worry about America as if Americans matter more than other humans? Maybe we stop making all decisions based entirely on profit accumulation, and thus stop using oil in the first place making the Middle East irrelevant? But here I am getting to the root of the problem and advocating global socialism again.
