Yep, women's rights erroded. Some states mandating religious texts in schools. Their problem isn't with extermist religious rule, it's with the wrong (in their eyes) extermist religous rule. Christian Nationalists and Sharia Law advocates have a lot in common.
Since when do words mean anything in republican circles? And for Magadonians language is an acceptable alternative for barking and growling, nothing more.
That was before he decided to run for Congress, at which point he realised he had to be as deranged as all the other Republicans if he wanted to get elected.
I really don't get why we strive for a special relationship with the USA anyway. Trade wise they're isolationist & they have little else to offer unless you're rich.

The UK is a secular country that welcomes all people of all religions. Promoting hate is what gets people shot in your country. You are not welcome here.
Christianity has lost a lot of followers in the UK, but they were lost to atheism or 'something-ism', while Islam only grew slightly. But there are polls that put Islam before Christianity today because of that, of course, the vast majority still has Christian roots, even if they don't believe anymore.

This is where people were turned into numbers. Into this pond were flushed the ashes of some four million people. And that was not done by gas. It was done by *arrogance, it was done by dogma, it was done by ignorance*. When people believe that they have absolute knowledge, with no test in reality, this is how they behave. It's strange because it has absolutely no basis in reality. If he had said the UK is a communist state, at least it would have something to do with reality because we have a nominally left wing government. But saying that Labour are islamists is just ridiculous.
Communist uk!!!!! Sadly the US thinks that anyone who has an outlook like Bernie Sanders is a communist, really the lack of knowledge in the US is frightening
Labour are centre left. Left wing doesn’t equate to communist. Maybe on paper, but not in the real world. Socialist may be a better term, but even then the world is much more complicated than these simple parameters. I wouldn’t call Russia, China, or NK left-wing and they’re communist.
@@Chevy-jordan I understand that, I know labour aren't communist. They are closer to communist (left wing) than they are to Islamist (not at all islamist) though

Is the UK an Islamic state? Is that a problem? It's also a Jewish state, isn't it? It's also a Hindu state, isn't it? and a Buddhist state, isn't it. Oh yeah, and there just happen to be quite a lot of christians of one kind or another living there as well, and I know a lot of Pagans too! But also, isn't Saudi an Islamic state? Isn't the UAE islamic, isn't Kuwait islamic, isn't Egypt Islamic, and isn't Turkey islamic? And who started the wars in all the other Islamic countries? This is seriously insidious rhetoric, and these US Republicans are dangerously Toxic! Salam America!
It’s funny that the UK seems to have more freedom of religion than the US does and we have an official state religion and they have it enshrined in their constitution that they can’t have one. I would not be shocked, if at some point in the future, we see one of these politicians ripping up the US Constitution live on TV.
The difference between Islam and those other religions is their is not a separation of state and religion in Islam. Islam is by definition totalitarian and it seeks to dominate and subjugate where it goes. Just look at the life of muhhamad for proof. And actually we are not an Islamic state (yet), hindu state or anything else. We are still a Christian state because despite most people not being religious, our laws, culture and society are all founded on Christian principles. And one of those founding principles is the separation of church and state, hence why the church hasn’t had influence in the government for hundreds of years… Islam is the opposite. This is why we’re completely incompatible and as much as you want to pretend we’re all living in this happy rainbow fairy dust garden where we all hold hands, we’re not. Muslims don’t want to integrate, they don’t want to be our friends. Why do you think they set up their own enclaves with their own courts, banks etc and have as little to do with the kuffar as possible
@@GeorgieGeorge2 I think you're confusing a state with having a mixture of religions ruling, that is not the case .i don't think the Saudis or any other Islamic state would have other religions in any control or sharing control ...their control is total and that is what the Uks future will be in a decade or two , perhaps less.
