@@zeanone9257 there is a difference with doing change and u just out right saying " screw the plot and writing characters, screw creating development let just add more comedy and fights" U got comedy vs brain rotting U got other season that are changing things up vs brain rot. Big difference. Heck bis other sentai theme show is 10 times better and superior cause the jokes are decent but not force and there is a plot with development too. Not an empty show

Most of this shows scene if not all the hole episode or frame could be turned into a meme template and another half of this show is genuine drama and characters that teach you good lesson or learn them for themselves to be little better then they were before even though they fall back into old bad habits they still try to better themselves and for others there no wrong way to live your life it's your life you can live it however you want just run away if you see peach falling down from the sky or be imprisoned by armored space knights or do it it's your life after all anyway donbrothers is my drug and it's tastes weirdly amazing lol

If there's one thing that I take sick sadistic pleasure in is that this season it outright hated by a fair amount of people. Do I think that hate is unwarranted or even outright stupid? Yes. But it's them hating the show for what it sets out to be that makes me love the show even more than I did before, if that was even possible for being my favourite season. There was no big bad to take down, the bad guys were always possibly more good guys than our heroes, nothing happened in the show and that was the entire strength of it, it's all hated by a lot of people. That's when you know you've created something worth the film it's printed on, when it's equally beloved as a lot of people's favourite season as well as being a controversy in the fanbase for being different. So yeah, thank you Donbrothers for being something entirely different we all needed.

The biggest surprise to me from what you've described of this series is that the writers didn't make the male Pink Ranger an ultra-flamboyant homosexual. I salute the writer for being as creatively innovative as he is by doing something unexpected that still makes sense of the character. Most other writers would have just defaulted to making him a walking gay joke. Some "writers" would take this approach to cater to the mythical "modern audience" only to be offended when people laugh at their "unintended" joke character. Other writers would make this joke on purpose and see how far they can push the homo-erotic innuendos while tragically forgetting to write an actual arc for the character as he devolves into pure comedic "relief". The fact that the writer seems to have written a fleshed-out character with this concept and managed to do it WITHOUT MAKING HIM A GAY JOKE is beyond impressive.

I think Donbrothers is great. Also, how to deconstruct the franchise, without being a depression fest or ruining characters like The Last Jedi. The "meta" aspect is brilliant and subtle that is not that intrusive to make an issue to the plot. And the character behave as "anti Sentai" sometimes, without becoming a group of psychos or supervillians. Every has a flaw, or it has a personality that goes against the tropes of Sentai. It’s brilliant.

Most of the members of the Don Brothers really hate Momoi for being a total jerk and a royal pain in the arse at first. They believed that every red ranger, aka the leader of every sentai team, are cruel dictator and nutjob who orders around his comrades like pushover corporate slaves they're shocked at how nice Abarared is in their crossover.

I don t like donbrothers. I know, many lov d this season, but i don t. Awful CGI, no true final antagonist finishing, some moments have no concept, bunch of crazy bastards, despite tsubasa (his character arc was interesting) becomes friends, noto just suck, and everything is shit for me. Some super sentai seasons, with some goofy crazy moments, have interesting, amazing storyline with cool twists. I liked king ohger, jetman, timeranger, zyuohger, and some seasons which has drama, deep moments, tragic death, dark serious tone, which super sentai used to have a long time ago.

Monsters are also suits so way more then 9 and it's not sentai that is buggeted its kind of all tokusatsu in general issue same with toei's other franchise Kamen rider But thats what makes this genre of film making endearing what they managed to pull of with limited resources Pardon my ramblings as i am a huge tokusatsu fan(mostly henshin heroes sentai kamen rider ultraman garou etc etc)

I watch this video out of curiosity after YT show me some clips. And well, I guess I will try Watching it only because I want the Chaos.
