@@JGSMusic It does sound amazingly accurate, like moreso than any other remix I’ve heard of this. Even little moments like the lead in to the main melody sound exactly like the original in terms of instrumentation

Dude!! That is so true!!!!!! It is the only best part of the song!! When I got around to making that part I really took my time on it to capture that magical sound from SNES while making it brand new!! Awesome man!

I really like what you did with the "Kongo Jungle" segment (1:31): I can hear a slight "rise" in energy (1:45, 1:56) which is followed by a gentle sink back down (2:26). Nice work!

The slower section towards the end of the song always felt like it was made for the jungle at night to me. I remember going back through the first stage at night because I was just amazed the time of day changed before my eyes. That was still a fairly new thing for me and it blew my little mind

I know man. The thing that hurts me about gaming now is, the fact that back then, game developers put so much heart and soul into making games that really touched people and made us feel good. This game brought my entire family together. There were five of us and we all watched each other take turns playing this game.

Absolutely. I got a super nintendo when I was 6. I'm almost 30 now. I spent hours playing Donkey Kong Country and F-Zero all through elementary school. So this music means a lot to me as well. :)

This remake is amazing. The only note I have, though, is that the bass is too quiet. Mainly at 0:56. It's a very important part of the song, and I find myself struggling to hear it very well.

Nice! I like how you actually know the correct title too haha. I make DK remixes myself and I'm very impressed by this! Especially the little sparkly melody at the end of the time change. Took me forever to work out what was actually going on in that part lol. What VSTi and DAW do you use?

I have the albums so I go by the names used on the albums. Sadly, the internet and lots of people on the internet label this song incorrectly so it was tricky. And as far as how I make my tracks, that is classified ;)

I think it sounds great, but it sounds as though that one bongo section is looped. It would have been acceptable, but the problem is that I can hear where it cuts off at the end of the section where it loops. A minor detail, and I know this video is over two years old. Great composition otherwise!
