10 years, 10 YEARS and I am still listening to this soundtrack after all this time.

I love how the music starts. It's just a drums for a while, then another instrument joins in, then another joins and it keeps happening building off of the beat and soon enough you realize you're listening not to just drums but the entire song as a whole.

It's so odd that the Wii was constantly shit on, even though it sold more than the Xbox and ps3. The same can be said now with the Wii u, maybe not in sales, but in just the amount of sheer quality to their titles. People always try to give the bias excuse that they hate Nintendo because most of the new games were just sequels to their franchises...yea. How does Killzone, Killer instinct, Halo, Kingdom hearts, Final fantasy, Infamous, Mirrors edge, Battlefield, Assassins creed, and Call of duty get a free pass? Don't tell me because they are just simply popular. Because that's just unfair and bias.

I love the 2 minutes of silence at the end really makes the video a masterpiece

God the nostalgia wave that hit me when this first started playing was overwhelming. It was like being seven years old again.

it's surprising how a reboot of a beloved series could be so amazing. with retro being this good at making platformers, they should take metroid back to its prime. and by prime i don't mean prime; i mean its sidescrolling games.

This is my childhood !! I was like 11 years old when I used to have Wii and could play DKCR

this was my first DK game and this was probably the perfect first level

I love how they still keep the drums going in the background. It's like I can groove to the whole thing instead of waiting for it to loop back to the best part of the song which is the beginning in the original one.

After the Nintendo copyright strike of 2022, and after replay this masterpiece... in my opinion DKCR is one of the BEST games on the Nintendo Wii and same with it's soundtrack

I remember first listening to Jungle Hijinx. That beat went hard. Not only did it become my favorite song in Smash 4, but it also helped me get into the Donkey Kong franchise.
