I can't seem to high jump off of the first dragonfly to reach the second dragonfly to then reach the puzzle piece. What the heck am I doing wrong?

Press the jump button just when stomping on the dragonfly and you will bounce higher.

You have to get all the KONG letters in the prior levels (including the previous secret levels)
