Take a trip to The Other Side. Donnie Vincent knew he wanted to be a bear hunter at an early age, but he didn't really understand why. Years later, after embarking on an incredible 5 year bowhunting journey to far off places hunting multiple species of bears, Donnie has emerged with a newfound appreciation of these animals and the world around him. This is the story of that journey and the lessons he learned along the way.

TEAM BEAR !!!!!!!!!!!!! Never like to see them get the sharp end of that stick , damn dudes are weird ! Dead Bears look like people in bear suits , yah know , it's not needed ??? Hunter killer god and all , it's still sad and really , just really fuckin sad man . Have been up there , flown around in float planes , eaten bear sausage , it ain't cool. !!!! Laughed like hell when that one guy got ate , sad about his girlfriend , but leave em alone would yah :)

This man right here,reignited a deep, almost primal desire to hunt within me. I first saw “who we are” shortly after I joined the military, and the moment I saw it I was hooked. Donnie Vincent, the way you represent the hunter and his or hers relationship with the wild is almost spiritual. When people ask “why” I’ll just show them this. And any other video you have made.

loved this film. Reminded me a lot of the classic wildlife films like "Wild America" that we watched back in the day, combined with a hunting film. Seeing this on the big screen in a historic theater in Minneapolis was a real treat. Thanks Donnie.

Because wtf is hunting a bear in the wild other than a human? You could argue wolves and mountain lions do but its very far and few between that they can successfully hunt a bear down other than black bears without suffering losses to their hunting pack if its wolves
