A man of humble roots, Donnie Vincent has consistently let nature be the compass for his life. The wide open expanses of the world’s most remote territories dominate his conversations. The premier example of explorer, biologist, conservationist and sportsman, Donnie takes a wider view of the topics he tackles while in the field. Because to him, this is all a story. One of ancestral heritage, native respect and the desire to live strongly, empowering us all to open our minds to the bigger picture. Deep in the heart of the wildest of terrain is where Donnie thrives. On the expedition into the remote wilds, in the land where seemingly nothing lives, he finds a wilderness that is all his own. Seeking that rare moment to feel the vastness, solitude and danger that surrounds every one of us that was born to explore.
He got it all wrong. The wolves are not Lazy. The wolves are smart. Let the mt lion do the work then they come in and feast for a meal that didn't have to take them to work at it. Now thats smart. Imo
On virtually every continent and climate, the apex predator is a feline . The commenters that have said about the cat offering the food to survive, don’t understand the relationship. The wolves fear the lion and are unwilling to compete directly for sustenance.
My cats do this with my dogs. Usually it’s loaves of bread or any other food left out on the counter and not put in a pantry or box. One foster cat used to open our bread box and throw the loaf on the floor for the dogs.
People…well, even the smart people misunderstand the meaning behind the metaphor of “Lions are the king of the jungle” Lions aren’t in jungles. They only live in deserts, forests etc. Obviously. That’s usually where most people get stuck or stop looking for the deeper root meaning. However it’s a deeper metaphor because of the mere fact that cat breeds are the best hunters and they’re the only species intelligent enough to outwit any other beast of land in any given natural environment. Ask me for more deeply explored animal or even human things explained on deeper levels. I’m just a nobody on the internet with wisdom of a guru and severe intellectual understanding of all things natural. 😅 -Sam AKA Theos Arus
I feel so bad, he’s having to work twice as hard just to survive and everyone thinks it’s a good or cool thing, this could actually cause him to die out a lot faster this way but who knows, maybe one day the wolves will step in and help
Wheres the proof that lions cache food. Its my understanding that lions kill ,eat and then move on.The wolves follow the lion because they know the lion kills and leaves meat. But wolves dont need the lion.Wolves kill at will by running an animal to death or with pack mentality.Wolves are much worse than lions. This is misinformation.
The mountain lion seen these guys tracking him and kept leaving food for them to stop these guy's from tracking him and the lion thinking "God damnit I already left them 9 kill sites and they're still following me, how hungry are these damn humans".😂
