I personally like cage breeding for the control factor that you mentioned. During breeding season I leave my older birds to enjoy themselves. Off topic question. When the breeding cages start to rust do you replace to repaint? Thanks! Lovely birds
Hi there, I am thinking of installing an auto watering system like yours, but before I commit to the purchase I thought I'd check with yourself and see if you still recommend it or have you reverted back to drinkers? Thanks
Great video. I paired up my couple in begin September. The male is eager to build a nest but he fancies one particular corner of the cage and show no interest in any of the nests I've put up in the cage. The female already laid several eggs in one nest but the male still keeps trying to build a nest in a opposite corner. Why? What do I do?
Hello , I want to ask if you sell a couple of strildas or ruficaudas the same, please I will like to buy a couple thanks, I live here in florida too, I love your birds
Hello sir please I need help I do have crazy problem with my female birds 😂 I did all the steps for my female and male to have eggs everything was good the female put the eggs it’s 4 eggs and she’s fine with the male but the problem she’s finished putting eggs and now she’s set in the eggs all day until night time she’s didn’t set in the eggs she’s sleep all night outside of the nest I don’t know why if you have that problem before because I know if she’s set in the eggs all day and didn’t set in the right the eggs will spoil 🥲 please if you have like that problem before told me what I can do I really appreciate that thanks
Ofcourse they are not australian, they are a mix of species (man made). I was comparing the society chicks being white in color same as the australians
How come you don't breed Javas? They've been domesticated for centuries now; they even make great personable pets... I'm a fan of the species, just awesome birds, beauty, no two individuals carry the same song ever, smart birds, easy to care for.
