Also not only is there too much talking in that cave but the dialogue e is not paced in anyway. As soon as one line is delivered somebody immediately responds with a quip. Not even time to take a breath lol

Yeah this games so uneven. Its the end of the world for them but its bath time i guess. Its a common rpg issue but this game its really bad in that regard. Disconnected is a very accurate word for this game, also sitting back an examining the entire game you really see how sloppy and lazy it is. The story alone is half told OUTSIDE the damn game. Also, combat being one chaotic jumble of a mess thats impossible to totally control, self and party damage is just stupid. I get there is items for that, but thats a bandaid not really a fix, at that point they should have had a self and party damage toggle. Also, this game really isnt wide open. Any important area is literally a corridor, its openess is a façade.

I guess if he were praising it that wouldn't be "odd" or make him "weird". I noticed his comment saying he appreciates parts of the game now is the only one you didn't reply to here in the comments section. As for the troubled development, that's not his fault, square was making some dumb decisions around this time. Heck one of the reasons FF 14 "1.0" was so awful was because square pulled a lot of the best programmers on the team to work on the luminous engine. So that team didn't have the resources they needed.

@@sean8102 The problem wasn't his opinion, the problem is that he was making things up as an excuse to shit on the game in this particular comment. The combat flows great in this game but of course he had a lame excuse of why it was garbage in his mind.
