Dough Persian Yogurt Drink
Serves 6-8
Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Dahi (Yogurt) 1 Cup
-Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
-Podina (Mint leaves) handful
-Water 2 Cups
-Ice cubes
-Soda water 500 ml
Directions:
-In a blender jug, add yogurt, salt, mint leaves, water & blend well.
-In a serving jug, add ice cubes, yogurt mint drink and soda water, stir & serve!
Recipe in Urdu:
Ajza:
-Dahi (Yogurt) 1 Cup
