Much further along in development than the April 8 prototype, actually being playable and having both bosses implemented, though it still has many differences from the final. The most obvious is that the background palette is based off the one from Death Egg Act 2.
There are many more rings in the beginning portion, while the last portion has absolutely nothing; you start off far slower (and slow down much more when hitting asteroids), and hitting Eggman in the final phase doesn't knock the player back as far.
