I have the micro in natural and I love it. The cut of leather used to make the micro satchel is perfect in mine and all the ones I’ve seen in pictures, Instagram, and RU-vid. This style looks the most classy in this size. Nano is too small, mini is too long, small and medium are too big but like Goldilocks likes to say, the micro is “just right”. The size is similar to a speedy 25 and holds just as much. I hope they come out with more colors. Cobalt or French blue, teal, grey...
Hello you g man. I bought this in medium on eBay in chocolate. Used bag in excellent condition. The leather smell is wonderful. I paid $200.00 for it. It had a pen stain on the green suede and I got 99% off with an Emory board. The medium is like a large and I'm so happy with it but now I'm trying to locate a small which is like a medium. I'd like it in natural. Yeah...mine is from Vietnam too. Where have you BEEN lately? 💖
OH MY!!! The Micro Satchel is my new FAVORITE Dooney and perfect size for running around..easily hold the essentials and more. It is so cute, the strap has removable section and it is the perfect sized crossbody. That Slate color is my new favorite color that I am obsessed with. I'm so excited that I got that bag too!! I also saw the video from Honey is Natural..her video was good too and really picked up the true color like your video. Thanks for sharing your bags!!
Happy New Year! Thank you for sharing the Florentine Satchel in the color Slate. I enjoy your videos and appreciate your insight. Every time I watch one of your commentaries I learn something new. I bought the Micro Satchel in th e color Burgundy. I was at first very disappointed in the leather but after rubbiing out the leather the appearance improved. It was delivered full of scratches and was nicely packaged so I know it was not a customer return. The color is amazing, the strap has an insert that is removeable that makes it a shoulder bag if you want and it holds a lot for such a little bag. I'd buy it again in black or another color. I't seems to be sold out everywhere.

I did a What Fits and satchel size comparison but I don't have a Mini like you have, so Mini v. Micro would be a helpful vid, I'm sure. Yes, the Micro size lays well as a crossbody. Hi Joshie! I told you I bought the Florentine Nano last month, and now I bought the Florentine Micro in slate!! Just like yours! I wanted a slightly larger bag than my Nano, but I still love it. Thank you for the video. It is Boxing Day here and a video is JUST EXACTLY the tonic I needed to help me recover from the HORRIBLE experience of the sales. I joke not, it was HORRIBLE! Australian sales are very poor, I am told, compared to those in the USA and Europe, but the crowds and queues were so dreadful that I just couldn't be bothered even if the bargains had been truly impressive! I would literally rather pay full price than endure such sufferings! So I bought one solitary candle (I think I saved about $10 and I only bought that because it is a discontinued line) in a department store (Australian department stores are fairly dreadful, David Jones being the best of a very poor lot, it is tragic because Old Timers who traveled abroad in the 50s and 60s used to say that our Department Stores were as good as Americas - that may have been true then, but it is not true now!) and came home to enjoy a coffee in the serene peace and calm of my own space. I will never make that blunder again! Now I am feeling very cheerful because I have a hankering to buy a Dooney & Bourke and if I had gone crazy in Coach (the queues at the DFO Outlet store were INCREDIBLY HORRIBLE!) I would not have been able to even consider it! I think I am addicted to bag buying and I may 'need therapy' to recover. Not that it is a bad addiction per se, but it is expensive (though probably cheaper than cigarettes) and I want to go to Europe late 2020 or early 2021 and if I keep on buying bags that will not happen. Thank you again for the video. It really was a tonic and much appreciated. Fondest best wishes to you and your husband. I hope he will agree to make an appearance in a video one day! Do consider a Christmas Present video, if it will not cause privacy problems for you. I do enjoy them. (If you don't follow Sophie Shohet, take a look at her channel. BTW, I see that some people are curious about old Bordeaux vs. new Bordeaux vs. Crimson. I have a Crimson wallet that is a perfect match to Bordeaux...even closer than some of my Bordeaux to Bordeaux comparisons. To me Crimson and Bordeaux are the same color with different names. If you venture to Toledo leather in Bordeaux it is a completely different color that doesn't look like Bordeaux Florentine at all...looks like dark violet. It is a similar story to what you had noticed with Ginger variations. I think the bordeaux also gets darker with time. My oldest bag is the darkest. I wish I was brave like you to do videos and comparisons...I'm afraid to leave too much footprint of myself online.
