As the former owner of a millwork business that made stile and rail doors I enjoyed watching this video. I hope he left enough room for the panels to float otherwise there will be some problems with them.

Love the video! No goofy and distracting music or fancy editing. Just raw skill. As a man once said "He has the tools... and he has the talent!" Though I suspect that health & safety officials might have something to say about your choice of footwear. ;-)

26 minutes and 13 seconds ago I was wondering if I could build a door like this in my garage shop. The answer is yes, but my goodness that man has skill. It would take me 1,000 attempts to produce something comparable in beauty. Great work my friend.

Always amazing watching a master craftsman/artisan at work... Now I'll just head out to HD with a $200k tool budget; Apprentice for 25yesrs (just to maintain tolerances during materials removal) and... No wait, at my age I'll be dead by then and I've already mortgaged my home twice. Thoroughly enjoyed watching the entire process!

Very beautifully made, your machinery is incredible. It looks like a Simpson door except it's not laminated it's solid wood.

Excellent job very very detailed, its always a pleasure watch this kind of videos, I just didn't like the way you used tenons to secure the joints at minute 22:00, and then shows the dots, I think it was better to glue all joints that you mortised, but really ans awesome job.

Serious skills, serious equipment. So this is how a real door is made. I too would recommend a dust mask or respirator, and hearing protection. Wood dust is worse than smoking, and I'm sure you want to hear when you get older.

when i start hitting things in my garage with lumber .... things dont come out nice... do i need to swing harder

ما شاء الله عمل جيد ومتقن من غير مسامير ولا براغي كل خشب في خشب لكن اخي لو تكون هناك ادوات للوقاية الايدي والوجه يكون احسن واسلم. كما انصح بعمل تصميم على الورق او الحاسوب يكون اجمل وشيئ مفهوم بما أن القناة موجهة كذلك للجمهور يفهم الانجليزي على ما ضهر لي من العنوان. اقول لك بالمغربي الله يعطيك الصحة.
