Attention! There are actually 5 bolts holding the trim! One more at the bottom of the trim.

The clips are standard VW/Audi, so if broken can be bought for small money at any dealership or on eBay:

To disconnect the clips, that hold trim to the door, move round bit of each clip away from the trim, so clip can come out easier, also when connecting door trim with the clips to the door, make sure that round bits are pulled away from the trim, so clips can get inside their holes.
