What's the ENRICH button the pilot presses after hitting the start button?

It to enrich the fuel/air mixture. It is used during the ignition phase, to help ignite the engine.

Believe me when i say they all alighted the aircraft with migranes , i hate this plane ,poor design no noise suppression whatsoever.
