@@ONEEsports Tbh I'm not playing anymore as having a family and working almost 12 hours a day just doesn't give me enough time to play. I just watch replays and read patch notes from time to time to still be updated.
@@nethermir2169 living through the pros! Respect to keeping up with the scene while raising the kids, hopefully one day they will pick up gaming too :)
Puppey the GOAT 3 consecutive grand final appearance with navi REGARDLESS OF THE LINE UP CHANGE ALONGSIDE DENDI 11 consecutive TI appearance 4 total grand final appearance First royal runner (first ti champ) Mentored future TI champs (yes, including Notail) The GOAT for the majority of pro players of the past and present The closest would be Kuro and Ceb (as he stated)
And yet discarded the Most Decorated Player in DotA 2: Notail Notail won 4 VALVE Majors as Position 1 Notail won 2 TIs as Position 5 Notail won Tier 1 Tournament as Position2 Notail won Tier 1 Tournament as Position 4 Notail won 1 VALVE Major as a Coach Notail was a TI All-Star Notail was a TI Analyst Nptail was a Caster Notail was a Mentor of Future TI Winners(Yes, including Miracle) Notail was the Former Owner of Secret Notail is the current Owner of OG Notail is the No.1 Richest ESports Player Notail was one of the First Players to ever won a Lowerbracket Run on a VALVE Major Tournament Notail was one of the Only 5 Players to ever won 2 TIs (Also Back-To-Back TIs) I’ve yet to encounter such Skilled Pro-Players transcend from different Role and won big Tournament like Majors, Tier1 Tournaments and TIs The closest Player to Notail is Ceb who won 2 TIs as a Core and won VALVE Major as a Support
@@nnk9305you just threw some random things in there.. Analyst and caster? Lol.. Hardly an achievement even if "most decorated player" was an achievement
Topson was the first Pro Player to ever get a Rampage on TI Grandfinals,… Topson killed the entire Liquid squad (w33, Miracle, MC, Gh and Kuroky) under 25mins of the Game during TI9 Grandfinals Game 2 Notail holds the record of the most deaths on a single game of TI With an unfortunate number of 20 Deaths (Notail did not win the Game)
Note: Playing against Open AI force players into a very limited heroes pool of 20 something out of the more than 100 heroes available. Fact that AI won is still very impressive, but people tends to leave this out when they cover this
Just a reminder that in that open AI battle, there was limited items and heroes. So AI had lot more advantage. It wasnt like normal captains mode. So techically, it would't have won if they played normally. Don't know how strong the AI is today tho. It was interesting to see how the AI fought cause it was flawless.
1 00:16 Screen says longest TI match but host said longest DotA esports match. WRONG! That record for the longest Dota 2 match is held by Cloud9 and ScaryFaceZ, whose encounter endured for an astounding three hours and 20 minutes. StarLadder StarSeries Season 12 Europe and CIS qualifiers. 2 Pajkatt's 1st Rampage record is fairly known to DotA esports fans. 3 Highest Prize Pools are also well known.
Fantastic fact, both are true! Empire vs IG Vitality is longest game at TI, whereas cloud9 and ScaryFaceZzzzzzz is for longest game in all tournaments - at 3 hours 20 minutes and 34 seconds! That's 5 turbo games :D
@@ONEEsports Turbo is usually 15-20mins so that is at least 10 turbo games of around 20mins each. You definitely don't play DotA and is just googling your stuff. You mean your turbo games reach 40mins? LMAO.
@@JT-bs2lm Most of my turbo match went up to 30 min + match . Even I remember 2/3 matches which actually contested for 1 hour . There is a tendency in turbo match to pick 5 carry vs 5 carry line up so the game becomes slow boring and long.
if Puppey kick his pet Crystalis and get a solid carry. he still in this year T.I. Crystalis is the problem of Team Secret. nisha leaves because of Crystalis is inconsistent.
FACT - theres was going to be another major in the PH considered by pros as one of the best LANs in dota (and ppl were excited)but was canceled becuase the government required them to do drug test and almost all pros declined- a fun event canceled😞
aui2000 picked techies 7 times at TI5 if i recall correctly. the other times were by OG in a troll match during group stage (they already had secured top spot), secret once and i think VP picked them twice in 2019 and for the most picked hero, that is not really fair. often (as with leshrac in ... THAT... International), you should look at contest rate, meaning how often a hero was picked or banned and i think, then it becomes a race between leshrac, gyrocopter and Earth spirit, while shaker is somewhere in the top 10
that would be a tie between OG and TS. but if were basing most wins with the same roster, OG takes the cake. its not as interesting of a fact to be honest.
First TI was at gamescom in cologne Germany. Wasnt only in seattle and vancouver. Wrong Video, bad research. Also embarassing to put a Dollar sign in Front of 1.9 Million when you were talking about viewers
Who wrote the script for this video? This was a "facts" video, not a trivia questions video.... I got none right because you never once phrased anything as a question. You just stated facts. This is just another reason why people in ESports hate when mainstream entities try to get involved like this. It feels like you're not even trying. Can't even be bothered to make a cohesive video about the biggest Esports tournament in the world.
