Yes, you can use a springform pan or cake pan, as long as it has a removable bottle to unmold the cake.

Any chance the white chocolate ganache could be in between the cake and the chocolate ganache instead? I think the white between 2dark chocolate would be awesome! Love it!!!

The white chocolate mousse is softer than the dark chocolate mousse. Changing the position would compromise the structure of the cake.
