Paying child support for a child that isn’t yours, put down as the father or told you are the father without confirming it with a DNA test should be illegal! The parent should be able to go after that parent that did it knowingly falsely “trapping” the other parent (knowing she slept with other men, refuses a DNA, etc)

He signed the birth certificate unfortunately he signed it willingly. The time to ask for a test is before signing birth certificate.

Details need to be divulged in literally all court cases, whether it's a hearing or a trial. The more information that is explored, the fairer the outcome at the end. It's not pleasant having a whole lot of personal and uncomfortable details made known, but that's just how the system works. And these people signed up to have their personal cases on a national TV show (with international reach on RU-vid). They knew what they were potentially going to experience and chose to go ahead.

I feel so bad for the young man was growing up and without knowing who was his biological father. When the judge read out the results at the end and neither of the 2 men weren't his father and it's really sad and the Mom says infront of the judge and their's nobody else.😮😟😭

A DNA TEST should be made mandatory For both parents. but if found out later that he is not the FATHER he should not have to pay up BACK child support to the mother or court.

The judge said and I quote: " He is on child support because he signed voluntarily an acknowledgment of paternity. Which is true. BUT... What the judge never say is these women intentionally trick these men to believe they are the father. And as judge she should know tricking somebody is a scam. Therefore according to the law SCAMMING IS A CRIME!! So in any case, the women should be punished. But yeah, women have the right to freely commit a crime, right?

Women who intentionally lie to get a man to sign a birth certificate should indeed be prosecuted for the crime. However, you would have to be able to prove that she did it intentionally to scam him and the guy did not know he was not the biological father. I try to tell all my male friends not to sign the birth certificate unless he is for sure that the baby is his. I let them know that their signing is a legally binding contract of them stating that they are the father and are acknowledging they are responsible physically, mentally, and financially for the child until the child is of adult age or capable of taking care of themselves.

@@shadowkissed2370 BTW, I live in Belgium. The laws are different here. Women cant just pin a baby on a man. If the man is not at birth and you want any kind of childsupport, DNA testing is requested. If in that case the result is negative, the woman can get a fine up to €15000. If a man acknowledge a child and find out he is not the father AND doesnt want to be the father, the woman must pay 50% of the man's wages in the periode he was "the father". And the man can sue the woman also. If a woman wants childsupport she must a father enlisted. The goverment doesnt pay childsupport. They just take it from the man's wages after positive DNA testing. So yeah, men are protected here 😁

There was no proof nor testimony from the man for the woman's "intention". Women AND men have free choices if they want to sleep around or sign papers whenever they feel like it, but they must take their responsibilities for the results. that's the law.
