Absolutely right, this woman didn't want her can of worms opened because she is selfish and didn't want to be exposed for not only not knowing who the father of her child is but that she was sleeping with multiple men at once. She didn't seem to care the effect on her daughter, only the effect to herself. I think she picked the man who she thought she could get away with placing on child support, this man out there paying years to support a child that wasn't his and I think this mother knew the whole time he wasn't her father.

Mom comes in there swearing up and down that man was her father knowing she was telling a lie about calling him when he was away on duty in the military. And then had the nerve to chastise her daughter who is a whole grown adult who’s been living behind her lie for 40 years that she should have carried that lie with her to the grave. Absolutely despicable and I wish Judge Lake would have torn her up over that.

Judge Lake is very selective about when she goes in on the mothers, but the fathers, or even men proven not to be the father can get it at any time. It's the one thing I hated about this show, but hey it's par for the course in this society. The child court system is set up to reward women for bad decisions and a lot of time those rewards come from the pockets of innocent men.

The cries from the first case...and I'm sorry if I sound out of line, but I wish Judge Lake had checked the mother after the mother said "you opened up a can of worms that should have stayed closed!" She had every right to ask, and to look for answers into who is her biological father. I feel that is a human right we all have..and it could be medically needed information on her side of things. I have a gut feeling her mother knows who her father is, and just wants to keep it to herself. Very selfish way to be either way

Today with shows like these, we can see that being ‘a dog and no good’ is a 50/50 two way street. So many females got away with pinning kids on men, knowing she’s been with many.

he said she can't be pregnant for 42 weeks and while I will admit that is unusual, I was pregnant for 41 1/2. My son was late and they were worried about the fact that I wasn't dilating and they induced me and I was in labor for 15 hours and I still wasn't dilating enough and they were concerned that the placenta wouldn't hold out so he was born via C-section. these types of situations may be outliers but they do exist.

it drives me crazy how many people don't understand how biology works. 36 weeks is generally an acceptable point for a baby to be born without prematurity issues, 38 is the generally excepted average, but just like babies can be born three months early and survive, they can also be born several weeks late. 38 weeks is an average, not a set in stone figure. We don't all pop the moment we hit 38 weeks.

The blood type doesn’t necessarily mean he’s not the father. I asked a doctor if a man & woman have the same blood type did that mean the child would have the same blood type & he said no.

The child would have the blood type of one parent. Example my dad was B-, my mom B+. Myself, identical twin and one sister have my dad’s blood type where the two other siblings have my mom’s B+. I have 3 children, I am B- and so is my son who is also B-. My daughters are both B+.

@@mylesastinnette6208 Each of us has two ABO blood type alleles, because we each inherit one blood type allele from our biological mother and one from our biological father, there are a few exceptions that have three blood type alleles such as AB can also have an O. Because you are both a B you have a BO blood type with B being dominant. That doesn't mean that your children will all be B though, you can actually have a O child. Also, the Rh-negative and Rh-positive do not work that way. Rh status is inherited from our parents, separately from our blood type. If you inherit the dominant Rhesus D antigen from one or both of your parents, then you are Rh-positive, however, it is not a guarantee that you will inherit Rhesus from your parents even if they both are Rh-positive. For example, my husband's parents are both O+ and he is O-.

In the first case I am hurting for her, when she cried I felt it in my soul and for her mother to say she should have left it alone is appalling. The mother tried to hide to protect herself instead of helping her daughter find the truth.

That’s what I was just thinking because it’s an odd thing to say with such passion. She could have been assaulted…by whoever and the other family knew something had happened (but maybe not details) and that’s why they took care of her because they’re good people. Plus..must add that if we knew as teens what would come of our choices 40 years later I wonder how many of us would change those choices.

As bad as the mother was in the first case it's the one in the third case that got under my skin. That lady 100 percent knew that man wasn't the father of either of those twins and she couldn't even keep her head up when the results were read. Honestly, she was already busted when that man said hey I swabbed the girls and the test came back they aren't mine and she was like, "oh." Then she lied and said her reaction was because she was at work. Just ridiculous.

A lot of cases on here involve you people with babies and we criticize how irresponsible this current generation is sleeping around with people they barely know or can’t stand, but at least they are upfront with it and open enough to try and figure it out. That first case makes me think a lot of us older people may have some cans of worms that need to be opened behind that moms mentality. That woman was completely fine letting her daughter live a lie her whole life and not even give her a clue it was any different, took people around her for her to find out the truth. Can’t assume our parents are saints and they have been honest with us just simply because they are our parents.

This paternity court is creating awareness of how infidelity has taken over morals....The most annoying thing is with both teenagers and real grown adults....It's so sad that with all these episodes we have watched....we still having new cases going on like they aren't even bothered or learning....Am actually mad because am a woman...and these all going on its women messing up.. A woman has a choice to being a mom or not...If u make a mistake at first step...learn from it...But having 4 kids 3.. 2..with different fathers that require paternity to be sure...WOMEN

I think we need to tell our kids that it's okay to be mad at your mom if she lies to you. Too many women come on this show, put their kids in compromising positions due to their lies and don't expect to be accountable for it.
