It's not my kind of music but damn if Jim Johnston didn't have a knack for writing music that could stick with you for most of your life, no matter what it is. I never forgot this song.
Jeff Jarrett legitimately said on his "my world" podcast that he absolutely HATED this theme but he had to "tip his hat" to Vince McMahon, it really got people to hate him so it worked for a heel theme.
Yet his old coworkers say he sucked and couldn't get over. Listen to Jim Ross and Jim cornette bad mouth Jeff Jarrett. To me he was a decent wrestler. I think his best run was in 95. When he had the ic belt.
@@brianticas7671 Jarrett and his dad being an asshole to a majority of the industry prevented him from ever being a top guy in WWF and even WCW. He seemingly knew this, but still didn't care. Jarrett from '94-'97 was extremely underrated - everything past that point is hit-and-miss, especially whenever he'd try being a face.
*tennesee Lee voice* Awwww ladies and gentlemen it's that time again .... Give a big hand for the worlds greatest singer ..... The worlds greatest wrestler And by god he is the worlds greatest lover It's J E double F.....J A double R E double T It's Jeff Jarrett ....OH A'INT HE GREAT !!!!!
The world's greatest singer! The world's greatest entertainer! Without a doubt the world's greatest wrestler! He's J E Double F J A Double R E Double T! He's DOUBLE J, JEFF JARRETT!!! Ain't he great!?
Right to Censor, even though both royal rumbles were predictable and it was fairly long I enjoyed it, and if it's enough to make me call asleep the second I get home then it was good I liked it better then when I was at 2017 elimination chamber but there's key factors in there like one I was higher up and still didn't have glasses
I remember being 12 or 13 when JJ was using this theme. Always loved it, and when I look back on it, this theme was perfect heel heat music. His strut and arrogance added to it. Brilliant. Don't know why more people don't like him. 90s genius.
Jarrett's first WWF run was extremely solid and he was way better in the ring than people have him credit for. It just sucks he let his ego get the best of him and by '99 he started getting lazy, and most of his TNA days were veryyyy lazy; aside from the last few months he was there in the early 2010's and started using better moves again
hahaha I like this song since 1998. I just love the J, E, double F, J, A, double R, E, double T, The Double J, Jeff Jarret! I always play this song :D Old good times, when the WWE (WWF) was good, only because of WCW.
I remember when Lawler and Ross were commentating on Superstars around the time when Jeff debuted and Lawler told Ross, "This song should make you feel right at home, Ross!:
Jeff Jarrett will always be one of my favourites, he was such a good heel as he knew exactly how to get under peoples skin, from the arragont stride to that goddamn guitar that won him so many matches, he was one of the greats. J, E, Double F, J, A, Double R, E, Double T, oh ain't he great?
I've been binging old Monday Night Raw episodes, '95. Oddly, this damn theme is stuck in my head🤣. I'm 40 and I've grown to love certain instruments over the years and the violin is definitely on of em lol.
I really just sat thru this entire theme, and it was so Nostalgic. The Garth Brooks of the World Wrestling Federation, Double J J-E-FF J-A-RR-E-TT !!! "Ain't He Great" 🎸🎙
I always walked into classes in college blasting the New Age Outlaws theme and throwing up too sweets. I also disliked college and was trying to get over as a heel so there's that.
@@ChrisSuperDude I'd have used it to annoy the crap out of my best friend at the time of Middle and High School. As well as my sister in Elementary School.
Man my reaction was simply jaw-dropped and shocked... My mom who doesn't know anything about Jeff wondered who the hell he is xD as I simply explained her she was like "mm ok" and minutes later Elias would hit him with the guitar and eliminate him. :(
So this song has been going in my brain all day! Why! Make it stop. So I put the song on full blast and left it in the room for my better half. Then she starts singing “You don’t have to call me, Dar’lin....Dar’lin.... I died.
This should have been used when he walked on stage for his HOF the other night. Then Prichard should have been on stage at the end to do 'With My Baby Tonight'.
@@Cokedlr Howdy, Double JJ is back.. Thats , J, E, DOUBLE F, J, A, DOUBLE R, E, DOUBLE TT, The worlds greatest singer, the worlds greatest entertainer and the worlds greatest wrestler HAHAHA, ain`t he great :)
Listening to this song...I can picture myself in a pickup truck driving down the road with a Budweiser in my hand and my dog Hank with his head out the window enjoy the wind. 🍺😎🐕
