The double 32s are no joke. Trying to go 10 sets of Armor Building Complex from 28s to 32s was a big eye opener

@@dundee1080 truly covers all the bases. Throw in a couple pull ups between sets and it is a push, pull, squat, and hinge! It's my default workout when I go into my session without a plan or programming.

So glad to see the stance adjust for the squat! I have been "worried" that I might be doing this routine incorrectly with a similar adjustment for the squat. (I just recently changed from the single bell version to the double bell version)

I just performed 20 minutes with dbl 32’s. Only did 11 sets but felt good. Thanks for the program Brett!

There’s an old method of increasing the total volume by 20% then increasing the weight. For example: He got 6 rounds in 5 min so once that number improved by 20% he might increase the load. I think a smarter approach - would be add more time first so you can build more volume and give yourself time to really own the weight before moving on. But let’s say you’re either to lazy or pressed for time and 5 minutes is all you can do … 1: Focus on increasing the density which means do more sets in 5 min - if you go from 6 sets to 10 sets in 5 min - you’re stronger and then you might increase the weight. 2: if you have heavier kB s mix in one set with the heavier kbs ( third set is a good place to start)for a couple of sessions - then do two sets with the heavier load … continue until you complete all sets with the heavier weight.

This is my biggest issue with kettlebells. That is 1 squat with the same weight as 1 press. Our lower bodies should be doing alot more than our upper. Which is the reason for underdeveloped legs in so many kb users
