Double murder investigation after Bristol stabbing

A "devastated" mum has paid tribute to her teenage son who was stabbed to death in South Bristol last weekend. Max Dixon, 16, was identified by police yesterday (Monday) as one of the two boys who was killed in Knowle West on Saturday night (January 27).
Police named the victims - the other boy being 15-year-old Mason Rist - as it confirmed it had made two more arrests in connection with the double murder, taking the number of people in custody to four. Max's mum Leanne wrote on Facebook : "Devastated, our lives will never be the same without you my Boy."
In a separate post, she then continued: "I just want to say thank you to everyone…I just can’t find the words right now, I don’t have the energy or strength… we loved Max so so much. I just ask please help my girls."
Her post attracted many more tributes, with one describing Max as the "lushest kid ever" and another saying he was a "beautiful boy".
