Thanks for the interest everyone. I would recommend this style of fencing for anyone who has limited space and looking for a slimline alternative but don't go for higher than 6ft on a double sheeted fence and 7ft on a single sheeted fence. It's an excellent alternative to 4x4 wooden posts but choose your options carefully
Hi guys, great video. Spent a long time now looking at these Duraposts, seem to be well spoke of. This fence you've done is exactly what I want to do in the back garden. I've got everything priced ip etc but can I just ask please, what is the timber you used for actual fence boards? Doesn't look like feather edge overlap? I'm not keen on the feather edge look, was after a flat close board finish.
i wish i could see up close how you attached the wood to metal posts. i have chain link in front yard, want to replace with pickets and use existing posts. regrettable that instruction didn't seem to be the purpose of the video. it is a beautiful fence.
Tidy job lads, would you recommend those posts for standard 6ft fencing ? Like you, I have never used these but may give them a try. re they as solid as 4x4 wooden posts or do you think they are a little more flimsy ? Great video and very tidy work !
