Double Special Is More Powerful Than It's EVER BEEN 

I’m a chronic double special user and I’m glad to see a d2 RU-vidr that’s not a burger and actually giving quality of life guide and advice. Good stuff man

I have been leaning a little more towards double special on some builds. Like my minion master warlock, or my triple shotgun titan now with that new shotcon that can roll discord and chain reaction. Even after the nerf chain reaction feels strong at least on a shotgun. Also got a tripple trace rifle on warlock now, though i know most people like retraced in the energy im looking for that new void trace myself. If you are looking for a fantastic wave frame i wanna recommend undercurrent, specifically with eddy current and volt shot. With chain reaction getting nerfed volt shot is i think better, and eddy current got buffed so its insanely good, even moreso when amplified, and its so easy to get amplified. Then if you are on arc you can combine it with spark of beacons for even more add clear and control thanks to blind. Its easily better then forbarence for me now. Its a great choice for a double special loadout for sure

as someone that uses double special in nearly everything (exceptions being niche speedrun or lowman encounters) it's nice seeing a youtuber talk about it and not be an idiot that only addresses the casuals that want to use primaries

if you’re new to double special i recommend trying ager’s scepter and indebted kindness. it’s very easy to manage ammo with this combo.

as an Arc Surge spammer with Prismatic Warlock, i never have an issue worrying about ad clear anymore. Allows for so much flexibility in my guns & kit

I’ve been running lost signal, aberrant action, and dragons breath and have been having terrible time finding ammo, I’ve gone entire strikes without coming across a single special brick ( that I could see ) and entire dungeon boss encounters with 1 to 2 bricks of heavy dropping. I’ve been having to swap to malfeasance just to do something during damage phases. Do heavy exotics ( dragons breath ) mess up ammo drops? Also, do ignitions from incandescent mess with drops?

finally got a caliban + syntho for my hunter. ad clear is so good i can aford to have izi and my one-two-punch shotty its so great

Interesting to switch to reserves that often; after the initial rally, I stay on resists generally (but do switch between scavs and surges). Do you think it's ever worth it to lose a scav for the armor charge mods that can make it easier to get a special finisher?
