Thanks Daniel! I know its going to get "straightened out"in your videos lol. Daniel is bringing the FACTS people, not the myths. I've been watching and learning from him for a few years on here and he's helped me out more than anyone else on RU-vid. Get yourself the text books you need. Cherry Pickers Guide, Ken Potter has a book titled "Strike it Rich With Pocket Change" i purchased it as well. It doesn't cover every variety or error but its great learning material and a perfect place to start. Doubt you'll get rich, but youll sure have more fun when you learn exactly what you're looking for. You rock Daniel! I sure appreciate you buddy
Thank you sooo much for being sooo detailed & organized!!! Your channel is my go-to for when I need any questions answered on certain coins! Thank you so much!
Thank you. I really thought given all the talk about 'doubled ear' pennies that the entirety of the outter ear was doubled, so I really think I probably overlooked some of these that should actually be called doubled earlobe pennies. So seeing these pictures will definitely prevent more mistakenly tossed pennies on my part.
I'm doing and thinking just the same thing. Still looking at maybe 400/500 pennies I was going to roll up . Now have to start looking thru them a second/third time. I'm learning tho..
ME too, I am crazy just thinking aboutt how many I have rolled & exchanged at mom & pop stores. Thanks again Cousin Daniel. This is my 3rd time looking at this video😀
Not that I'm cool or anything but I mentioned in a comment months back that you'd have 100 k subscribers in a few months, exstreamly happy for you my friend thank you for everything you do for us.
I like the fact you are showing the up close pics of the right and wrong looking errors its very helpful to me now I really know what I'm looking at thru my usb microscope. Thanks for the great vids
You’re incredible. You are so well informative. I have learned so much from you. As a woman I always thought this was a man’s World collecting. But that’s not true I am a woman and love searching and collecting. Thanks for all your hard work putting these videos together. God bless
Daniel, On one of your descriptions beside the picture it says "Doubled Deer" ooppss. Lol. Thank you so much for not talking about things that don't matter and actually given us information. Thanks
Great Video as usual Daniel. Just when I think I know all there is you come up with more! I did not know that there was that many that had been found. Thank you my friend for the info and keep up the great videos! They have been chocked full of information!
Great video! Very informative. I have recently come to the world of coin collecting. Sadly my grandfather tried to get me involved years ago and I didnt realize or appreciate it at the time like I so desperately wish I would have. Now that hes passed it gives me a little sense of keeping his memory alive. Is there any way to send you a few pics of some Lincoln Penny's that I believe to be double eared, before and after watching your video. Just hoping you could give me a definite yes or no. Would be very greatful. Keep up the methodical and well articulated videos. Thank you
Thank you soooo much for this very helpful, excellently explained video. I was just looking at 2 pennies that I thought were double lobe, however, after watching your video, I now know that the ear sustained contact marks.
My name is Daniel as well Daniel Goff actually I just st wanted to say I don't no much about coins but I like the hobby, your videos are direct to the point and it seems as you just wanna help people not grandstand to hear yourself talk very informative, helpful and stress free from the lack of bullshit from someone who loves to hear themselves talk 👍thanks alot Daniel from biloxi ms.i
i have always enjoyed and learnt from every of your videos, great information. i have re-scanned all my 1500 lincoln cents of various years here in Indonesia, and tried to identify die marks and real doubled ear, if not mistaken, i am curious of one finding on lincoln cent 2015, i think it may be a doubled ear? hope so (wish). - Thank you Daniel!
What you guys call double ear, I call part of the curled hair. If that large of a spread is created by doubling, wouldn't you expect to see that much doubling on other features? How can you only get doubling in one spot?
Hello sir, I still have trouble identifying the double ear lobe. Can you just take a look at this picture and tell me if in fact this is a contact mark and not a double. Much appreciated
I love the information you provide. I believe I have found a new 2023 die chip? I'm calling the extra eyebrow and am trying to get my new digital microscope and tablet to play nice with each other so I can get it on you're site and get an opinion! Stay tuned
Thank you for the information it is really useful. Do you have a video that can explain to me how I die gets doubled or can you explain in a message. Please
So much confusion, mislabeling and overlooked coins in this field of errors. Scouring youtube videos for clarification is a nightmare of running off subject talking about how much past sales brought, without clear discussion and photos of what we're actually looking for. As always, Coin Help U comes through with the invaluable content relevant to the hobby, not the auction house. 👍🏼👍🏼
I found a 1983-D doubled ear WDD0-001 last night. You spoke nothing about that doubled ear. In fact I didn't know it was out there until I found one. It's in AU grade and my coin dealer sent it to PCGS to have it authenticated. He says a authenticated double ear cent in AU red will make the cent more valuable because it's a verified WDD0-001. Maybe you can make a video on the 1983-D double ear cent to so more people know about it.
Thanks,I really appreciate what you have taught and I absorbed, . You were very organized,to the point with out a lot of distractions that most other U-Tube people confuse us with. Strange all the gossip talking kinda and we are trying to get it down and the talking of many, many minutes goes by,we forgot what was said. Then go back replay,go again anyway ,I'm gossiping with out names, the other guys, gals, know what I am saying here,as I have read they stated as much. So,,many thanks for your being fruitful with direct and to the point knowledge and wisdom . Thanks from a guy with reading comprehension ,and some cognitive things for 67 years now. Amen to and for you ,prayers if you will accept,it's from my heart bud. Amen.
So I found a 2005 Penny that has what looks to be a doubled earlobe like many shown on here. I posted pics to a coin forum and immediately was told no don't see it, when it's blatantly obvious and looks like these. I also posted it to the NGC forum where one person responded and did say it looked like a double earlobe, so am confused. It's not in the greatest condition, and am wondering whether I should get it restored and submit it for grading if it weren't a double earlobe. There don't seem to be any 2005 double earlobes out there, which would make this rare. Any guidance is really appreciated. Thanks
@@CoinHELPu Right, but wondering if it should be restored and if it would be recognized as a double earlobe. Thanks for the advice and your help. Enjoyed your video.
I love your videos I'm a beginner coin collector and I found a 1989 penny looks new but has somewhat deep square boxes above the word trust VPN stamp on front of right rim the 8 an 9 on date looked like double cut who or where can I get it checked
I have a 1964 d Lincoln cent that is doubled on the ear just like the 1984,I have tried to send a picture on y'all's forum but I can't figure out how, because I was really wanting you to look at it.. what should I do
I've got a 2021 dBm ear error, where dip you say for myself tip go to sale this coin and how much would be a good and fair price! It's like the DO FS103 YOU SHOW I THE VIDEO
DEAR DANIEL...AKA BOYFRIEND...I LOVE THE FACT YOU SUGGEST ANEX AS FOR ANY OF US IN DOUBT TO SEND WHAT WE AS COIN ENTHUSIASTS WANT GRADED. SEE...I KNOW THAT I SEEN MY COIN PERFECT ONE DAY...AND DOUBLE CHECKED IT THE NEXT DAY...AND EVEN I WAS LIKE "WHOA" DIDN'T SEE THAT YESTERDAY. LIGHTING, DIFFERENT DIRECTION S. OF THE COIN ARE EXTREMELY IMPORTANT TO PAY ATTENTION TO. AS ALWAYS..I PERSONALLY CANNOT THANK YOU ENOUGH.YOUR BESTEE LOL❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
The newer ones go above or sideways there are ears off tol left or right so check the newer ones they go sideways and above more they definitely double not the way supposed to be
I just found a 91 double ear penny and cont find anything online about it has anybody heard of the 91 double ear penny and wondering if it has any value
I just got $100 of rolls at bank I must of received an old collector s bags cause I found a decent amount of double ears in shields and after 2006 they all split some so they split
2004 penny is worth one cent, the Close AM is worth some money but depends on the grade. Needs to be sent off and certified and graded. I am not interested in buying these coins though. Thanks
The true working hub die doubling of working hub on a working die... from my research; MASTER hub doubling/working HUB is rare...so many misinformed and misled coin buyers out there. We need very specialized pregrade inspectors. Don't buy unngraded hub/die doubling. Most suspects are working die machine doubling (worth face value) NOT MASTER/HUB.
Working die doubled die is the most rare since only one die was doubled. Master hub doubled is more common because you never know how many working dies the master working hub created.
