I stopped seeing my court mandated therapist because Doug Doug is so much better. That guy was only helping me because "The judge ordered it" and "I'd go to prison if I didn't do it". Literally not worth it.

1:55 Why would you put water on it? It's in a pot on the stovetop. Just put the lid on the pot and that will snuff the flames out after a few seconds. Splashing water in could just splash burning oil everywhere.

1:51 Okay, this is legit terrible advice (I know that's the theme here, but this one isn't a joke). Kitchen fires need to be suffocated by putting a lid or something on top of it; applying water to a grease-based fire will just cause it to spread out.
