Douglas SBD Dauntless video walk around (USN) 

A video walk around of the Douglas SBD Dauntless at the US Naval Aviation Museum.
This aircraft has significant historical value. It was on Ford Island on the morning of Dec. 7, 1941 and came away unscathed. Later, it saw actual combat during the Battle of Midway and is the only known survivor of the battle. It returned from a mission against the Japanese carrier Hiryu with over 200 bullet holes and an injured gunner.
