Thanks so much man, figuring out 3:20 is really the hardest part of the race. The tip at 4:20 is what helped give me those last few seconds I needed to finish the after about 50 attempts.

They really make you work towards the final boss idk if I even want to attempt it solo on alpha at this point, might just run gamma or beta depending on hard the missions are

Fun fact I learned doing this on beta yesterday. If you have the []% when you start, your canoe won't take damage. I hit damn near everything on the way down in beta and it didn't take a bit of damage. Went on alpha, it went to 100% and then I rage quit after about 10 attempts. Today is another day and I WILL BEAT THIS GAT DAMN MISSION

This was the last alpha mission I had to beat for gen 2 so I can finally start prep for rockwell prime. Completed with 0 seconds left on the clock and pretty sure my boat bugged because I didn't take nearly as much damage as I should have. Absolutely miserable and by far the hardest mission for me even outclassing survive the ark and star dolphin. After grinding through almost all missions on gen 1 & 2 to face the bosses on hard... I... actually think I prefer gen 1. Gen 1 missions have no load times and are shorter missions overall making them easier to grind. They didn't require max-cap gear (code red, cyoa, life support, survive the ark), and assuming you could find a friend to run the team dodoball games with, you could easily skip any of the tougher missions and still have the requirements for alpha controller.

Here is a different route - Best Score: 281.139s - Achieved a couple of days ago on an unofficial server. Different route that seems a bit easier as gives you plenty of time. The other river one that is in first person glitches out for me EVER SINGLE FREAKEN TIME I tried probably 36 times in one day and my boat always gets stuck in multiple areas

did it alrdy but someone else has problems with team version of this? boat start flying crash with invi rocks etc

The part where the road is on the roof , the enforcer will not turn the way it showed in youre video it starts going in circles, Ark developers should fix it.

Has anyone done this on ps4/ps5 official server? I copy the exact route as this video and others and I’m still a good 15 seconds behind by the time I get to the snake part of the river.

Pretty sure the front of the canoe doesn't take damage I was just ramming it full speed into the rocks no problem at 3:15

There is just 1 problem for people playing with controllers You can turn and keep moving fast forwards with a keyboard. When you use a controllers, you will lose speed when turning the canoe to a direction. I tried it 100+ times, i know the route and how to do it. Im just losing to much times duo to losing speed when turning.

1:39 that rock has a huge death barrier that kills me if i follow your path

i have no shame in admiting i cheated to finish this one. i play on a private server, so if you could only finish it with a second to spare, i had no chance with the latency constantly teleporting me back a second or two. the alpha version of this needs a extra 30 seconds on the clock. ive gotten to the end in sight at least five dam times but ran out of god dam time.

have you tried the path of official pve 200 ping?

Bro I almost beat alpha on my first Time but the last rock hit me and my canoe broke I got lucky I played a lot of naval games lol

How do you prevent the canoe from circling around like crazy? That thing just doesn't let me steer in any direction at all. 🤦‍♀️ Barely managed Gamma today.... 🙄

No offense but none of yur methods and tips worked for me, I tried but the God damn conao went on other directions, I even used cheats but that didn't work, then I got pissed off and heatbut my head on the wall and got grounded for 3 days, I'll just have someone do this mission for me, cuz I don't have the blood pressure to,do it again

You got too much time at hand for missing one speed up, even missing 1 of them is fatal for me. I need that one but cant manage to catch it

no one on our server has done the alpha version of this lol. it's impossible i swear

The mission gives you an extra 2 or 3 minutes for the Team River Run on Alpha. My partner and I two-manned alpha with like 1.5 minutes to spare. It's almost like the Devs don't playtest their own game. Such a joke how stupid and inconsistent some of the missions are.

Near Impossible on console

Smashed into 20 rocks- 0 dmg taken... I go over a leaf in the middle of the river and capsize... I hate WC so so much....................

For how many times you hit the rocks and took no damage, I'd say that you're definitely not playing vanilla

I hate this mission so much

this run was not legit. I can replicate and do it better but its the part before the last yellow ring that screws you over. with as many hits as you got there is no way in hell you should have made it.Honestly it felt like you had god mode cheat on to not take even abit of damage on all the hits you took combined.

honestly man genesis 1 and 2 make me lose my interest in this game. like who tf made this and thought it was fun? and why do we need to race a canoe in 5 minutes to take on the boss? wildcard has no idea how to make a story based game with missions. i hope whoever made these racing mission suffers an awful life.
