Wow! This is so helpful! I have followed you for three years now and have never been able to go from downward dog into plank w/o adjusting. I would love more shorts like this. You are such a light in my day! Thank you!
This came in perfect timing, I never got it quite right, always had to adjust my hands in flow and kept asking myself how it is actually done. So thank you so much! It works like a charm
Loving these quick tips! Please keep Making them! I’ve been following you for years and I love your content, but still struggle With correct positioning
Your flows always look so beautiful ❤After many years thinking my flow will never be that perfect, I've come to a point were I simply prefer to adjust my feet during flows. Mostly because I prefer to have wrists under or perhaps a little in front of shoulders in plank pose. So moving to plank I wiggle my hips and move my feet until it's my own kind of perfect 😂 Nevertheless, I love your video's. Thank you for all the teachings and inspiration! 🙏
Maybe my arms are a bit to short and my legs are to long but I always need to “walk” my hands forward with one hand length when changing from child’s pose to downward dog 😅 But plank pose works perfectly as an adjustment. 😊
Follow all your videos. I always struggle with the transition from downward facing dog to right or left foot steps forward between the hands to low lunge or warrior. Can you do a video for this Kassandra?
Do we have to keep our feet flat or is sitting back into acceptable? I'm not sure if this is helping my back but it definitely stretches my hamstrings lol
i dont know there's correct form for downward dog. i thought you just... do it... since it's very simple. i'll try this tip next time i do yoga to check if my "just do it" is already done correctly
