@@beausgaming7046 The "protests" have moved past "peaceful." Columbia university was actually broken into (Hinds Hall) and statues were vandalized. The Constution gives us the right to peaceful assembly and freedom of speech BUT we are not supposed to restrict the movement of others (ie: block people), physically harm others. They took hostages last night. Kidnapping is a felony. You're telling me that I'm running my big mouth but you're the one who is ignorant and uneducated. Get out of your emotions and follow the law. Protesting is okay but rioting is not!

Free speech and assembly go both ways. It’s disappointing to see so many people who have been advocating for free speech for years, sudden be okay with police arresting college kids for protesting military action on a civilian population. The bill of rights clearly protects freedom of speech, the press, assembly, and the right to petition the Government for a redress of grievances. You also have every right to disagree with their protesting, but I don’t see how you can condone these unreasonable and unnecessary violent arrest.
