I feel that the reasons why alot of sneakers aren't selling out like before is because there are too many releases coming out at once and the prices are too high for people to afford. It's also crazy how New Balance, Saucony, and ASICS are now popular because they never were this popular 5-10 years ago. People used to get made fun of wearing those, and now they're in style due to popularity which is sad because people would rather be clones than be individuals. And don't get me started on those Jordan Spizike lows. I like Spizikes, but they look horrible low. I get it Jordan brand wants to try something new, but they should've offered them in a high top as well.

You notice there are no 11’s, 12’s, or 13’s on the shelf. Those are the big sellers

UA Sneakers are very close these days and cost 2-3 times cheaper then these all..especially jordan shoes ,so i guess this is one of major reasons

I bought 4 pairs of bron 21 ,Hoop on court wise the 21’s are beast. It’s just a lot of shoe heads don’t hoop like that Brons 21 nxxt gen are strictly for hooping I don’t think made for casual walking just my opinion. That’s why there sitting. In my gym a lot of hoopers are in the bron 20 and 21 Idk 🤷‍♀️

I think the "casual sneakerheads" i.e. sneakerheads who buy shoes just to look "cool" have either moved on to other brands or just stopped buying sneakers altogether. Factor in the state of the economy right now which also contributed to people spending less. Sneakers sitting today is great to those who really wanted them and can buy them at a discount. TBH its an awesome time to be into sneakers were most you can get a lower price which would have impossible years ago at the height of the hype of sneakers.
