DPR IAN Saint Reaction I AM COMPLETE CONFUSHION!!! HE BETTER COME AND MARRY ME OR HE AIN'T A SAINT!! 

By what I read,this is more about the hybrid,the "new character". But we also have some frames with Mito(Ian with wings and the sword) and Mr.Insanity (the red Hood and glitter one)

So just to help your confusion, The Other Side is the whole universe that Ian went to at the start of Welcome to The Other Side off of Dear Insanity. So everything we see in his MVs (for the most part) is in The Other Side. He has clarified that there are other dimensions inside of The Other Side with different cultures and inhabitants in each. So my guess is the person we see at the end is part of another dimension that Ian is going to travel to in The Other Side in the future.
