This makes sense, using this video as an example, the first time over I understood a lot, then I re-watched and re-watched until I started to understand less and less because I wasn't in a relaxed learning state. I guess that's where the expression a try hard comes from

I was diagnosed with ADD in the early 90s. Put on medication…not Ritalin but the opposite of…and it helped. Then put on adderall which helped me focus …UNTIL after 6 months my hair started falling out in clumps, I had a rash over my whole back as if I’d rolled in Poison Oak, …and more. I stopped one day and within a year, I was back to a healthier body, except for scars on my back from the rash. Never ever ever again ! Adderall as we all know is just a nice word for SPEED !!!! 🤦🏼‍♀️🤯

Adderall is a very strong drug, certainly. And not even necessarily available in other countries. They still use stimulants, but dextroamphetamines and others, just not the amphetamine/dextroamphetamine combination that is adderall. It's also interesting because I know a lot of people who have adhd and I found out I do also as an adult, but when we were teens we used to abuse that drug so much
