I eat lots of eggs and fish and chicken . I'm good and fast 16 hours a day period . My gut is so peaceful these days and the weight has stayed off ❤❤❤❤
I finally convinced my husband to stop buying corn and grain fed beef. The taste of grass fed beef is just out of this world delicious so much better than the other.
I’m always sharing all Dr. Berg’s videos to my family, friends, colleagues, etc. They’re health & life-savers. We appreciate you & your noble work, Dr. Berg. ❤🎉🩵
I eat raw red cabbage and grass fed beef every day. I love eggs, raised hens for eggs for 17 years. But I never felt particularly good eating eggs. I don’t doubt that eggs are one of the most complete proteins one can have. However, my concern lies in how eggs are used in labs and what affect they have on the viruses that most of us carry. Do you have any advise regarding this concern? Maybe it was my other eating sins and not the eggs at all. Although I improved when I stopped eating eggs, I miss them.
Something being a good substrate for growing viruses in a lab has nothing to do with it promoting viral infections in your body. By this metric all fresh foods would be good for promoting bacterial infections. There is a grain of truth to this (that’s why it sounds good to people and why the idea spreads), but it is pointing at the need for safe food handling practices, not dietary restrictions.
HI, I have heard you talk about glutamine propelling cancer to grow. Can you comment on this? I know glutamine is in collagen supplements. Thank you for your work, I love you!
@@queenhawaii4577 Sorry to hear. I’m happy to say that I am feeling better now. Don’t get me wrong. I have days where I might eat a trigger food (coffee for sure!) and I get that nagging burning sensation in my stomach when I do, but I will tell you what I’ve been doing. I bought Doctor’s Best PepzinGI with Zinc L-Camosine and I take 2 tablets every morning on an empty stomach. I also bought Enzymedica Gold digestive enzymes and I take one with my nightly dinner. (I intermittent fast in the morning any very lightly in the afternoon so dinner is my biggest meal which is why I take it then). All seems much better now. Less days of suffering. The betaine hydrochloride was not helping which makes me think I have/had an ulcer. I hope this all helps you and I wish you the best. Keep me informed on your progress. Sending love and healing prayers your way. ❤️ 🙏🏻
This can be fixed. Change up your diet and look for food sensitivities. You need to reduce stress, drink water, watch the foods you eat that trigger you. Give your body healing time and remember to get your sleep at night. Most acid reflux can be fixed by losing weight, fixing diet, reducing stressors , caffeine and being more optimistic. Prayer is key as well. Always go to a doctor and don’t be so quick to take medication, see if you can fix the problem by eliminating foods and not eating a few hours before bed. Your body is asking for healing. It might need a break. Chew your food and don’t overeat. Good luck my friend. Many people have this issue due to the SAD diet, standard American diet.
I’ve been thinking I have arthritis and I looked back on my health notes and each time I’ve had joint flare ups my notes showed that I took ibuprofen! I didn’t really think about how perhaps NSAIDs cause leaky gut and maybe I have a reactive arthritis that can go away??!
Hi there, I’m suffering with so many things with leaky gut. Could you kindly help me know which brand supplements should we consider for L-Gluthamine, Collagen and zinc carnosine
@@nirmalanemmani2080Hi, sure, i bought both Zinc Carnosine and Collagen from California Gold Nutrition brand, and i bought the L-Gluthamine from ESN, if you have time bone broth is also recommended daily on an empty stomach but i didn't have time for that so i skipped it, Good Luck, and remember to take the collagen and gluthamine on an empty stomach as well
@@nirmalanemmani2080 i replied to you but youtube removed my comment i guess, or Dr Berg removed my comment i don't know, maybe they think i'm promoting a brand... anyways just buy any collagen, it's easy to make and cheap so all brands will have a good collagen
I am getting conflicting information about this subject. I have used Lglutamine for over ten years and stand by it. It’s great after a hard work out to repair muscle so I’m not debilitatingly sore the next day! Although I am 3/4 of the way through breast cancer treatment. I’m estrogen progesterone positive. Hers2 negative. My doctors don’t seem to have any knowledge of nutrition. They said don’t take anything but allowed me to take vitamin D. I read recently that cancer cells live off glutamine? Can you elaborate on this?
I just listened to a great podcast that contained some information on diet when fighting cancer. Search "Cancer is a Metabolic Disease: Dr. Paul Marik Explains How To Reduce Your Cancer Risk by 60% Or More" It contains information about prevention, but also about alterations to one's diet after a cancer diagnosis. Good luck and God bless!
Dear 🩺✔️Dr Berg 🔝well wishing to begin with! How's the day?☕️ Humble ourself before this🎓 Hierarchy status, layman as a viewer. Just exilerated( as Doc touch our spirit) All that wondrous effort as Doc take the lead!So dedicated.Bless Dr.Berg as always! 🛡Glad am didn't miss this video!
It’s good to list what fruit coast and glucose is found in. We love the terms, but if we do not have any context, it certainly degrades the value of your presentation.
It depends which for of glutathion, I heard it's kind of form that can be helpful, but instead is better to take NAC+glycine which are precursors to glutathion and its better to take both of them
I have heard eggs are bad for psoriasis and I also heard that psoriasis is caused by gut inflammation so now I am confused. Are eggs good for gut health and psoriasis
Well, if you have an autoimmune reaction to eggs then it could inflame your psoriasis, if you don’t then you don’t have anything to worry about. Get an allergy test for eggs and see if you’re at all positive and go from there. There are plenty of other foods that contain glutamine. It’s pretty abundant.
@@joshuaj.aguero2225 Olive oil but I've fried them with ghee with the same results. I think that 'deep fried' thing doesn't work for me, regardless of what it is.
@drbergshorts OK, thank you. I actually found a glutamine powder that's organic. I take two teaspoons a day along with two of castor oil for my psoriatic arthritis. I appreciate all you do! Very educational, and I'm satisfied with your supplements.
Cuz he’s not a reliable nutritionist. He’s just parroting conclusions from papers with no critical analysis and making recommendations based off of them. He makes no sense and self contradicts because he applies no critical thinking skills. His recommendations are not made in the best interest of his viewers, they are simply content made to get views for money.
Well, 4 years ago you posted this:ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-rewf0MMhGg8.html It's very confusing as you said that we should avoid glutamine :)
I believe whole fruit at up to two hands full a day is totally fine. They also bring vitamins, minerals, fiber, antioxidants, etc. Yes, sugar is inflammatory, but the type or source is important, how does your body take it individually and how much do you ingest?
you should eat more lobster, filet mignon, and pizza...life is short and be happy....oh and eat only once a day, fast for 20 hours...you'll be healthy and thin....
