Im soo done scratching my scalp with my nails..I think thats what caused/accelerated my hair loss. But I do understand the importance of getting the scabs off and will do that. Thank you for the info :)

Realicé mi transplante capilar en la Clínica del Dr Cinik el 3 de Septiembre de 2023, desde el mismo arribo al aeropuerto de Estambul recibí la atención personalizada y en mi idioma ofrecida por la Clínica, tanto el manejo pre-operatorio, el trasplante capilar, los cuidados post operatarios apoyados en tutoriales y el seguimiento mediante el envío de fotos periódicamente hacen que me sienta agradecido y muy satisfecho de haber elegido la Clínica del Dr Cinik, hoy cumplo 4 meses del procedimiento y aun no evidencio crecimiento del nuevo cabello, sin embargo, tengo entendido que es la evolución normal y que a partir de ahora iniciará el mismo, espero en los próximos meses reseñar que mis expectativas han sido cumplidas.

Very good video 👍 How about drying the hair with the towel, should that be normal way as well? Or being careful. I am soon 4 weeks after i my surgery an noticed a little area in front where i couldn't see any transplanted hairs. So i thought maybe i had been too rough
It looks particularly strong! Do I really need to be so harsh? Normally (pre-transplant) I don't watch my hair this strongly, I just use my fingertips (not my nails) to massage my hair with moderate pressure.

I'm on my 20th day DHI, done my scab removal at 10th day at the clinic, should i wash my hair normal now to remove dandruff/dirts? When i'm touching my transplanted hair now it starts to fall out, is it normal after 20 days?
After one month when I complete wash like in the video can I apply hair spray given by the hair transplant Dr? Spray name HairForth Procapil 5% They recommend to apply two times a day after one month continuously for4 months Is it good to apply? Please must reply
