From what I can tell, Devon seems to like and care about all the arm wrestlers. He's always willing to help out and pass on knowledge. He didn't keep the stem cell therapy a secret he shared it. Personally, if I had a secret weapon, I wouldn't tell anyone about it

Not a secret weapon. This therapy has been around for some time. I bought a machine off Amazon that works great back in 2021, to recover from when I quit armwrestling (ironically) to pursue other physical endeavors.

That's Extracorporeal ShockWave Therapy (ESWT). It's a very sharp punch directed through the 'hammer' which should instigate a recovery process within the tendon. Mostly it is used on an area with calcific deposits (faulty recovery). It can suddenly become very painful if you put the machine on bony areas. There's enough power in those punches to break bones
