The issue with what he said (cuz a lotta people capitalizing on him saying it was a “mutual casual conversation” and tryna defend him.) THATS SELECTIVE LISTENING. He literally said the conversation sometimes leaned TOO MUCH in the direction of being INAPPROPRIATE (word for word)…that means he was sexting the minor mutual or not, it’s not ok. If the minor was sexting back (which is what “mutual means, which he admitted the conversation was) it doesn’t make it any better just cuz the minor was sexting him back🤦🏾♂️. Another thing he admitted that the “defenders” ignore is he said “but there were no intentions behind these messages” referring to the said “inappropriate mutual” messages….if you’ve ever seen ANY to catch a predator video you know that’s their go to line when they get caught🤷🏾♂️. The “defenders” also capitalize on “nothing illegal happened, no pictures were shared, no crimes were committed” that’s also a famous line in the “to catch a predator videos” and not only that, a crime WAS committed the second he admitted to inappropriate convos with a minor, pictures don’t make the interaction illegal, it’s the overall contents of the messages and he admitted they was inappropriate. And as far as him using the legal system to prove his innocence…it DOESNT. All it means is the court prolly deemed everything not serious enough to take legal action on the matter due to the fact that the incident didn’t go anywhere past inappropriate messages. That’s also really common in “to catch a predator” but just cuz the situation never got a chance to escalate DOESNT mean he’s not still essentially a pedo or innocent cuz he still has the mindset of one and to act on it if he’s able to have inappropriate convos with a minor. All what he said means is the court essentially gave him a second chance, but this is still a man who sexted a minor regardless of how far it went🤷🏾♂️
I think it’s cause she was 17 which is age of consent where it happened .. he was 25..im not okay with it but it’s not againt the law she come out and said it wasn’t a problem then, and it isn’t one now . .
