How can making the choice to change your mindset end up saving your life? Dr. Edith Eger, psychologist, Holocaust survivor, and NYT bestseller is back on the podcast with her daughter, psychologist Marianne Engle to share what gifts we can extract from our minds and our lives. I'm not 30 or 40, 1'm 69 and listen and follow you Cathy and have been in your programs. I think you have a lot more older people listening to you than you think. We are here and some of us are still needing to and trying to make a living and find their purpose as along the way some of our lives have been turned upside down due to circumstances beyond our control losing everything. So, we are out here still trying to accomplish good things that we want to look forward to each day.

I stumbled on this podcast today because I follow dr Edith on ut. I thankyou all . Your disabled ,athletic friend is living her life and she's got to remember how many people she inspires and uplifts ,there's always gonna be negative people but your friend is living her best life and she doesn't have to represent the whole disabled family.

This is Marianne 😍❤️❤️❤️ I'm currently reading the choice, just 2 hours ago I read how she got to know by her father that her mother is a survivor moment she got to know her mother was in Auschwitz, every other experience which Mrs Eger has put makes emotional and peaceful at the same time. Thank you very much Eger family❤❤❤

I listened today and this was such a beautiful share. I am Hungarian by a small percentage on my dad’s side of the family. This makes me proud - and the accent sounds just like my great grandpa’s.
