Dang that's so sad she's affected that way 😢 I had the same condition from taking birth control. I just started using sunscreen and retinol; it went away mostly within 10 years

People who have never had something that disfigures their face will never understand how traumatising it is. It’s the first thing everyone sees and the first thing you are judged on, negatively, through no fault of your own. I have Melasma. It sucks. It makes it look like I have a dirty moustache and beard, as well as random brown cow print all over the rest of my face.. It’s now spreading onto my forearms. I’ve tried endless things to treat it, spent a fortune on dermatologists, and nothing works. Being disfigured is something that damages us in everyday life. It causes a terrible emotional pain. I empathise so deeply with this lady and hope she finds lasting help. Melasma usually comes back far worse after laser treatment. I sincerely hope she’s okay.

I have vitiligo , before i always put concealer and foundation to cover the white spots but i gave up and tried to accept the reality because there’s no cure for this and can’t hide it anymore😊

Pregnancy triggered mine off..and I live in a tropical country so itss very hot ..I try not to think much of it because it's either I let it define me or I try to stay out of the sunshine as much as possible but I can't avoid the sun... What cream was recommended?
