I want to understand what is actually being done to our atmosphere and planet with airplanes dumping chemicals into the atmosphere - Chemtrails. @@popeyegordonI’m reading your reply in 2023 and thinking how wrong you were, because whatever Dr. Shiva is saying is coming true or has already come true. Cancer is a lifestyle disease, common in average households now. I think you’ve got it all wrong. Control over water food and air is what the world’s businesses are after. Monsanto and other giants like them are only interested in profits. And farmers in India are caught in the the capitalist whirlpool. They want quick overnight results, due to the constant onslaught by the media in their homes through television and mobile phones. I have covered livelihoods projects in the interiors of India and seen how the farmers are progressively destroyed by the prices of urea and pesticides. There are NGO’s which are convincing them to go back to natural pesticides and fertilisers, and their grandfathers are amused and angry at the same time. Because when they were young 40 or 50 years ago, they were convinced to use the chemical fertilisers and pesticides , free of cost, with overnight results. And they got caught in that trap. It didn’t matter if one or two didn’t. The leaching in the ground ensured that all the land was destroyed. Now, not only are being told to go back to natural processes, but the poisoned land cannot be healed overnight, and they cannot afford to wait, so they are caught in a bind. They have to support their families so they cannot afford to wait for their land to become un poisoned. Which May take anywhere from three to twenty years. That is why organic foods are expensive today, because so few are daring to do it. The governments need to support such farmers and the future is definitely what Dr. Shiva has been talking about and detected so many years ago. It’s natural that big corporations, who have a lot to lose, will brand her as a radical. She hits them hard where it hurts the most. She has taken them to courts and won. Because of her our ancestral usage of “neem” and “basmati rice” have not been patented. As for the slur about her academic background: the insights one gets from deep study and reflection can come to anyone, they need not be biological scientists.

It was shocking when I saw what they feed birds in USA. Seeds mixed with SUET. These bird Seeds are found in Walmart etc. In nature, birds don’t kill animals and eat suet. These birds Are humming birds etc.

I am not a woman but I sincerely appeal to you to give a thought of one little idea that I have been trumpeting about and that is to paying attention to the hole in the Ozone bubble.Stop the aeroplane from flying in this zone and the solution is in doing this and together with other changes we can hope for climate change.
The Ozone problem is not due to planes. It is caused by chlorofluorocarbons emitted by things like refrigerants and making of foam cups. High altitude jet flights are bad because they inject fossil fuel emissions directly into the upper atmosphere where they do the most damage. Electric planes are now in limited service - that's the solution. Until then we should not fly and definitely don't eat beef.

No farmer was ever involved and no seed/pesticide company ever helped the weapons of war effort without being ordered to. How dare you take the word of an activist liar! The deadly ingredient in AO was a specific chemical never approved for use in any farming and it showed up by accident in the processing. It was an accident. Nobody knew at the time about the accidental contamination of dioxin in AO.

There are very few people willing to spend twice if not 3 times as much on organic grain as we do, but grass fed organic meat is a good diet for the planet and human health. Nothing else is sustainable , nothing less will make the world a better place, nothing less will reverse climate change or give our grandkids a future. Jane Goodall is wonderful but a vegan diet makes one hungry and one eats so much, while struggling to obtain the essential fats our brains need, and not many people can afford to eat that wheel barrows full of organic fruit and vegetables. I say eat mostly organic lamb and beef and wild caught roo and fish and your doing your part for the planet . A bit of Merri Bee Organic Farmacy bacon, cheese and salami is perfectly acceptable too, as is Lawsons eggs.
No!! All forms of beef are unsustainable. You could not be more wrong. They all require 6 to 10 times as many resources as pork, fish or fowl. 80% of all US grass fed ground beef is shipped all the way from Australia where they have too much arid lands only good for grazing. It is very tough and hast to be ground. When it passes through a US meat processing plant it is legally labeled as US grass fed. Cows are invasive species that damage every place they are found. I live in Australia and grow organic fruit, veges, pork, eggs, chicken beef, lamb, goose, alpaca and sheeps wool, and the most sustainable products are the goose, beef and lamb. Pigs and hens need organic grain shipped into them, plus they are difficult to keep on grass as they dig it up, they bare the land and degrade it so you need to make new paddocks for them all the time, but rotational grazing with ruminants BUILDs soil, repairs it and uses the atmospheric Co 2, to do it. There is grass fed beef available in every state of the U.S (according to forage agronomist Peter Ballersted who speaks eloquently on this subject), and Australia. If you look to the basic sciences ( please ignore the fraudulent science put out there by the pro vegan lobby such as The china Study) of zoology, biology and clinical experience, you find Homo Sapiens are in fact evolved over 2.5 million years to have enormous brains because we ate meat, and we need to continue or we suffer mental problems. There were far greater herd of ruminants roaming this earth way before man and way before climate change. @@beewinfield You do not understand what sustainable means. It is not about sustaining your farm, that's selfish of you. Beef is an invasive species that always imbalances the environment it is in. They love to trample and muddy stream beds. Worst of all they produce methane which is the worst greenhouse gas. The entire world will have to stop producing it. What will happen is you won't have any place to sell it, then you will be carbon taxed for having cows. You will then learn what unsustainable means, if irresponsible people like you survive your 140 degree summers and fire storms.

Those plants have to remain healthy and green in order to pump that liquid carbon down into the soil for long term storage as humus.To be healthy they need regular pruning by animals ( not unsustainable petrol driven mowers). Its a perfect system that has worked on out planet for millenia.
