Omg talk about coherence only for 3 days have I done this mediation with you/my intentions are to surround myself with like minded individuals and create a stronger community and wow the universe sent me someone to do business with from UTAH that shares the same mindset. The connection the signal “WiFi” as you put into terms of understanding omg it’s real its a broad band!! A loop of great love and things returning that we send out. I just had to express awareness and gratitude for your teaching this knowledge!!! I GET IT!! ❤

Is it normal for you to cry? Tears just streaming out my eyes, but at the end i felt relief and comfort the top of my head was tingling and my heart felt lighter and more expansive. Thank you.

Just done this meditation again & I have never experienced that feeling before it was so much love & felt like an electrical charge shoot up my legs into my heart & straight to the top of my head, I can’t stop crying it was a phenomenal experience ❤🙏❤

It was like I can feel the energy within my body!! I saw a vision of my heart being freed from this stone it was trapped in!

This medication is exteremly powerful. Atound 7:00 you feel shaking in the heart. Around 10:00, an overwhelming feeling that will make you brust into tears...I am in love with this medication ❤❤❤

This was just the beset ever meditation I’ve ever made.....so grateful, all the love I felt, and gave and received.....tears just poured out of my eyes because I just felt wowed and in such peace harmony and oneness with all living beings and all of the forces of nature. This is one of my go to meditations. For me, it evokes a feeling of oneness with the universe and all of life.

It’s a fine meditation, but it seems to be more a meditation to heal the earth and to spread love worldwide, rather that to get heart and brain coherence. I find that aligning heart and head chakras is more useful to get coherence of heart and mind. Love anyway💖💖

I had High Hopes for this, unfortunately some words were not understandable, I was feeling nice first part in Space, until switching to the center of the earth, which felt claustrophobic. I wasn't feeling any healing as it played on, oh well.

Can someone help explain what’s going on? I followed a heart meditation from this channel, really opened up my heart and felt the joy and peace. Things fell apart right after it - I was constantly angry every day, irritated, and felt there was no hope, things in my life fell apart one after the other and my health went down, I now have aching nerves all over my scalp and neck since past 5 days along with root chakra area problems. Why did this happen after opening my heart? I dont get it.

Is there anyone who has the subtitle for this meditation? When I do meditate, I really don't get some words in this video. I am not from English speaking country so...Please help me to understand this meditation hundred percent.
