this man changed my life, i’ve been diagnosed with complex post traumatic depression disorder more than 42 years, by reading the book ( breaking the habit of being yourself) i was on so many different medications nearly 10 tablets a day. now i’m living free of depression and not taking any medication also i became spiritual person practising meditation 🧘 thanks dr joe ❤
Ok. I know Dr Joe will likely never see this comment. But I have to say, Dr Joe you have changed my life. I've read your book breaking the habit of being yourself and I decided to work on my financial business after experiencing healing through your meditation practices. I was bringing in around $4500 a month. I started in the last week of November 2023. It's Jan 1st today so I sat down and added up my income for the month of December. My goal was $10,000. My earnings came out to $9,940. I am blown away. More than doubled my monthly income! I am beyond grateful. For the first time in my life I feel like money isn't bad or that I don't deserve to earn really good money. I worked on that mindset and I've broken through. Money isn't evil and I do deserve to earn good money. Bring on 2024. Thank you so much Dr Joe. I plan on coming to America this year and attending one of your workshops. It was a dream when I first started this journey and now I KNOW that all things are possible. I will be attending. ❤❤❤
I am a recovering addict and he explains so beautifully here that in spite of living in so much pain why addicts dont wanna change till they hit bottom rock and then they witness the moment of truth where they start observing their lives and realization hits them hard that they realise they need to change however difficult or discomforting it may be and they start to change. Trying to find comfort in the discomfort of change. This is commendable .. I am going to use this explanation in sessions to help addicts recover. Thanks for the wisdom ❤
I have worked with addicts and what I have noticed and also ex-addicts have confirmed is that the addiction is a way of escaping uncomfortable reality. So often realizing that you are escaping reality by leaving your consciousness from this realm via toxin and partially it gives you sense of being in control of your emotions, life etc. But every time you switch off from this reality, you are taking a step further from healing. It doesn’t solve anything. It only gives temporary relief at a cost of a harm in some way. So understanding that going towards those painful things will heal you with every step you take. It sucks and it feels hopeless at times. But you are going towards a light. Instead of escaping reality which is just digging deeper further from light. Hopefully this makes sense to you! But for many understanding why they are addicted which is addiction to escaping then it kinda becomes less interesting option to choose when facing difficulties.

Yes absolutely right. He is a true Master. I too wanted to know some more details before he embarked fully onto this never ending journey. Liams1912..I went out if my parents house...rented a small apartment...I love my parents and wish the best for them...after 2 years meditations, clear intention and elevated emotions ...miracles came.. I heald my self and our relationship is wonderfull...I think, IT wasnt possible, if I did live with them together...
Even when there s no money to the treatments for disease but this Human want to live and live healthy just if have their faith...it is when mind and body acts .❤
Dr. Joe always mention the week long retreats, because of that magic 4th day. Would it be possible to reach up that level in a weekend retreat? I know, that we shouldn't' go to the event to get healed, but I am curious about the weekend retreat results.... and.... waiting him so much to hold a week long retreat in Europe 🙏

My thyroid is healthy thanks to my man here the J.D. And I know soon I will experience more healing. The key for me is consistency. Even if thats just 15 minutes of meditation a day, consistently doing even just that will have a profound impact. I like more, but consistentency is what I'm presently going for. The thought wacthing is next level and where its at. ❤🎉
