But doctor microbiome is unique for each individual. Also to keep these microbiome healthy we must be eating complex carbs mostly. Why don't doctors advise this to patients. Dr Norbert walker did extensive research on Colon and explained beautifully about 71 critical nerve endings in Colon which which controls each andveverynorgan
DR, I consume daily 6 or7 ORANGES.( BATTAYI). it resulted in production of lot of gas. Stool too always floats in lumps. I waa wndering & worrying with this excess gas generation. I did not consult any doctor as there was not any serious problem. Now i am relieved after reading your vedio.
Stools float in water primarily because of fat content in the excrete. This shows that we are not absorbing fats properly. This may be because of enzyme deficiency or bile deficiency.
If we open the lid of the septic tank of a Hostel of the Residential School , you will notice some of the chunks of stools float while the rest is sunk and settled in the bottom of thr tank. Floating is more due to the density of the stool rather than any illnesses. A healthy stool be must be soft to excrete and look like a long snake of 10 or more inches without any break and without any lumps. The example of opening a lid of the residential school children's septic tank is taken here because children usually are young and healthy. Eating nutritious and balanced grains like the five positive millets as mentioned in detail by Padma Shri Dr Khader Valli ji especially in the form Ambalees for a perfect GUT Microbiome. It costs zero and works 100% . Eat the following five positive millets after soaking for eight to ten hours:- Foxtail Millet. Kodo Millet Little Millet Barnyard Millet And Browntop Millet. Permanently QUIT Tea , Coffee, Sugar, Wheat, Rice , Maida, Milk, Soya, Maize, GMOs, Eggs, and all types of Non Vegetarian and ALL types of processed foods. Fruits and berries only in moderation. No honey and artificial sweetners please. Needless to mention about smoking and alcohol consumption
Definitely it's a question of density. That is the law of nature. The only issue is why the density is low. There seem to be two reasons. The gas content in the poop and the undigested fat. @@user-sc9ch4od5m
