Could you imagine how great it would be if Felix was in the audience watching this? "Send her to the ranch! Send her to the ranch! Send her to the ranch!" "She's escaping!! STOP HER! STOP HEEEEERRRR!! SEND HER TO THE RANCH!!!" "SHE'S LEAVING AGAIN!"
That happened to one of my friends in high school (maybe 12 years ago) because they found a joint in their room at 16. I don't think their relationship was the same after that. He said when he got to the program, he did everything he could to get out and when they let him come home he hid even more from his parents.
Well you left them with no other choices. I am blessed to have Muhammad (Pbuh) as the Prophet of Allah and his divine teachings to be highly respectful and sensible to your parents who have given birth to you and raised you with all love and mercy. You drug abusers are criminal identifying as 'children' 15YEARS OLD!!! SI CK TO THE CORE, CHILDREN DON'T KNOW HOW TO ASSAULT PHYSICALLY AND DON'T KNOW HOW TO CURSE MOTHER. YOU PEOPLE ARE SICK
She seems like she genuinely needs therapy, and it’s obvious that her self-destructive ways are probably caused by neglect from her parents, since her dad seems so accustomed to shutting her out of her own home. And even the violent younger sister is protective of her, trying to help her escape the show and also opposing the parents. It seems like there’s definitely something up with the parents that’s causing these behaviors in their children.
@@eko9554 The more I rewatch these, the more I hate Dr. Phil. He puts people who clearly have mental issues (remember sexy vegan?) on TV for profit and children. The way he treats the kids and doesn't punish or make the parents look bad for being so neglectful/terrible is thoroughly awful too.
What I don’t understand is why they’re sending the older daughter to the ranch and not also the 13 year old. The younger daughter scares me, she screams and swears, they even blurred her face. She seemed way more unhinged than madison
@@omegaxmo that's not true if you watch the actual episode madison made up a lot of bs lies to frame her dad and was rude to her grandmother on stage this is a girl whos always used to having her way and needs to be told no
What the......the parents and the whole show are definitely much more terrible than the kids. I would go nuts too if I ever have parents like that, play the victim and force their children to go to the freak show.
One of them is stealing their parents car and money to get drugs and the other is screaming at the top of their lungs like a self entitled brat at their own parents for absolutely no reason, and you think the parents are bad for distancing their child from other potential bad influences and giving her time to cool off at the ranch (or as you call it the freak show)? If we were going to listen to what self entitled kids wanted taxes would go to 16 year olds car money and school wouldn’t exist. Luckily, it’s up to the parents whether they want the freakish behaviour in their house
@@TheBennestBen Sure send her away to a program bro, that's not the issue here. She clearly needs some type of consequences, but I don't think being humiliated on TV for the whole world to see leads to a healthy adult life. Her dad acts like she's a fucking psycho when she just does dumb shit that most of us have done when we were snotnose little brats. I don't talk to my own family for a different set of reasons but I can tell you if they did this shit to me I'd never have forgiven them. You don't go on Dr. Phil because you need help, you do it because you want attention. Hell for all we know they were probably blowing the whole thing out of proportion as we clearly saw with dad locking up the house like his 15 year old is going to murder him. It looked like her and her sister were pretty close so I'd hazard a guess that all that screaming "I don't ever want to talk to you again" shit was probably because of what she knew they were doing to her sister, parading her around acting like she's the fucking anti-christ. For the rest of her life people are going to recognize and clown her for this, all for... saying mean things to her mom, partying, and joyriding? Yeah fuck her parents for that.
@@TheBennestBen did it ever occur to you to think about WHY they act like this? Yaknow, what certain major influences in their life could cause this behavior? I dunno, something like THEIR DUMBASS PARENTS???
The parents are so monotone and show no emotion, they don't sound like they care at all. If I was a parent and my kid was acting like this I'd be in tears. The thought of having to be alone from my child and them say that they would hate to be alone would break me, seeing her upset would break me. I get that they are fed up but you NEVER give up emotionally on your kids, it can completely fck up their mental state as it happened to me as a teen and I ended up having to have therapy. This kid needs to feel loved and respected to learn how to respect and love. She clearly has a phone addiction as well. All I see is a troubled child that needs help. Parents took no accountablility for bringing her up to act that way because the 13yr old is just as bad, even worse so it's clearly their parenting that's the problem! One day she will leave them and never look back for what they did to her. She didn't sound like normal spoiled teen. She genuinely sounded betrayed it was kinda heartbreaking to watch. Hope shes doing okay now.
Dr Phil originally created this show to help ppl but half the help now is humiliating her because she was a bad person and she wouldn’t stop if it wasn’t for that and plus she still gets fame which makes up for it completely
"Tom: can kill adults and knows special combat moves" highly unlikely, the way this dipshit talks I guarantee he was only a POG who never did a damn thing while he was in the army
Tom was for sure a clerk in the army. To say he’s a military man means so little when there’s cooks in the military, I wouldn’t give him any creedance, and even the military contracts are 3 year minimums the guy seems like a total quack.
Lol I remember seeing this when it was first uploaded. Didn't think much of it at first then but now I hope the dad at least got help as well, what he was doing isn't normal. If I'd threatened my parents' lives in any way as a kid/teen, my parents would have just scoffed at me and been like "right, I'd like to see you try it." And neither of my parents were military, I gotta wonder why the dad is so soft that he's just constantly paranoid and doing all these things to prevent his kids from doing anything to him, meanwhile all he's actually doing is showing that they have power over him and that he fears them, which only serves to embolden them in their bad behavior.
He probs got booted from the army for being a shit pump. I would bet my discontinued nike sbf garrison boots this guy was at most a clerk or read maps.
This made me lose respect for Dr. Phil. That was horrible the way they treated her. She's being a teenager and just needs NORMAL punishments instead these insane ones like PUBLICLY HUMILIATE HER ON TV AND SENDING HER AWAY FROM HER HOME! That was honestly pretty disgusting. Edit: someone in the comments suggested violence, that’s not the answer either, like wtf what’s wrong with you?
Yes! Dr Phil is literal garbage . It’s like a public spectacle from the Middle Ages with little modern understanding of mental health . It’s painful to watch or listen to anything with Dr Phil. He just seems like a vindictive, narcissistic man.
i just rewatched this after years and totally agree. Also I love Felix and respect his opinion usually but this was an L on his side as well, like how is he complaining about and ridiculing her because she was withdrawing herself from the situation after he just saw the scene where she says her mom signed the contract and she had no say in it? like is she supposed to sit there in front of a live audience that is literally only there for the sake of being entertained by her misery?
@@nathaniel-leehannon9671 I never interacted with her too much, but from the few times I spoke with her she wasn’t completely terrible. People’s public front and their home life are often 2 very polar opposites
@@adamk___ none sadly, I only went to school with her for freshman and sophomore year of highschool, before the whole Dr. Phil episode nearly 6 years ago. I tried to DM her on Instagram to ask if she went to the ranch but I got left on seen lmfao
I had someone, a stranger who ran a business, no family connection, do something terrible to me almost 2 years ago, and I still get PTSD flashbacks in my head similar to the 13 year old sister here. This dad did something bad to them in the past and won't show it to make himself look like the victim.
@@roadwarrior114For many women, the most hated man is the one who gives them everything they have. If you actually listened to women, you'd hear a lot of them say "I want a man who won't put up with my sh!t." These girls are testing their father, and he didn't punish them enough, so they have no respect for him.
God these parents are seriously terrible. I'm not defending Madison's actions but her type of behavior doesn't just come from nowhere. She's clearly just as afraid and uncomfortable in that house. It feels to me like they might have had unrealistic expectations and harshly criticized her growing up to the point that she's resorted to actually going to the kind of extremes that their criticism would fit. The choice to put her on tv showcases exactly the ignorance and misunderstanding the parents have of who their kid is and how to parent. Also Dr Phil handled this horribly. The complete bias he has is clear and disgusting when it's obvious they don't know anything about her side of things.
Tbh it really seems like this girl just needs dicipline and some firm boundaries. She's just like so many other girls today and with some guidance they'll turn out just fine. The little sister needs an excorcisme tho
@@Grievous-nx3iu she really wasn’t, in our small town it was just normal teenage angst, of course she had made some childish mistakes, but they had a lot of problems at home, and I think she’s doing well for herself now
God as an ex foster kid I wish she knew what she was really wishing for, you have no control over your life you can barely have a social life and there’s a good chance you’ll get parents worse than your real family in some ways
I wanted so bad to have a life like hers when I was younger, a nice home and family, even to just a have an amazing bedroom like hers. Maybe her parents are just really shitty people, or she's a spoiled brat who doesn't know how good she has it, I'm guessing a lot of both.
They lock her in a room and use a belt to close the door, I’m sure hogwarts would be much better than that family bro 😂😂. They let strange men pull her out of bed at 3am.. and I know people who grew up in foster and they call their foster mom their mom and introduce them as that. So no, the minority of cases where something bad happens isn’t indicative of the entire structure of the foster system.
I actually dont know how you can laugh at the kids. They are clearly acting out because they're unhappy at home. They're young and they dont know how to deal with it. The parents on the other hand , the stepfather is super suspect, hes even smiling alot, like he thinks hes teaching her a lesson, but they are being traumatized being forced on a show, how fucking horrible. To be forever immortalized without your consent on one of the worst nights of you life. I couldn't watch the whole way through it's really sad. Makes you wonder what they dont show. Plus most of her "acting out isn't even that bad, it's the way the parents handle it that makes it worse. 27 years in the military, that guy is clearly in need of therapy, probably shouldn't even have kids.
The way this girl Is treated is terrible. Taken by force and treated like prisoners stripped and serch by strangers the using sleep deprivation to break her!what about her parents?they fail as adults and as parents
I would act the same if random ppl would show up in my bedroom at 3 am and then force me to be on the national television and then proceed to humiliate me infron of an audience and thousands of viewers and then force me to attend a ranch (that has been exposed of being mentally and physically abusive)
Bro are we gonna talk about her “excessive absences” and 10 tardies. That shits pocket change bruh I was tarty every day (I made it to school doe) but both of my best friends missed over half the school days 😭😭 and school just let us all Graduate
I kinda feel bad for her because I know that this behaviour in teens erupts when parents aren’t emotionally present to be there for them…and those teen correction facilities are so abusive it’s disgusting.
How nice of him to show everyone how he locks his house. I bet people are gonna have a real tough time breaking in to this guys house. Especially when they know all his lockdown secrets.
They put on dr Phil acid/xanax like they're the same. They're completely diffrent drugs. Not sure about the affect of phycadellics at that age, but they're pretty safe seeing as they're non addictive, and most negatives is left over propaganda from Nixon.
Except for the vast amount of people who get psychosis from cannabis, lsd, mushrooms, mdma and other ‘minor drugs’. And Xanax is definitely a problematic drug to take.
