In Michigan at least where I grew up, you can start driving at 14 with a learners permit lol. And you can take your drivers test up to 2 weeks before your 16th birthday so you can drive on your bday

Funny, I attended school all the way until it closed and I had to wake up 4 hours before school to do my hair, makeup and fix any chipping in my nail polish and I still stayed. It gets easier and more routine the more you repeat that and it starts to become muscle memory and then it only takes you an hour or so to look completely flawless. She is pretty and doesn't even have to do that, but she should just learn how to do it herself instead of spending so much to have other people do it. She doesn't even need that amount of makeup, girls, you don't have to cover your face completely to look attractive.
