I second this. So glad I have zero known allergies. But I do have mild asthma. It only flares up if I overwork myself IE running. And its worse or triggered easier in extrememe heat or cold. I luckily have never been to the point of needing an epipen. I do feel like I have felt enough to believe this woman is lieing though.

@@upasanabardhan4428 Tell me what you think the the second person would or should have done, then? This looks like a situation where someone else trying to "help" would just get in the way and make things worse. She very clearly had it under control. Not to mention there are many medical situations that need to be filmed in order to show a doctor exactly what the reaction looks like and allow them to improve their treatment, because every person is different. For all you know, the person behind the camera could've been helping plenty by catching the reaction on film. Don't be so quick to vilify the cameraman.

Yea no allergies will ruin you. Even after the epipen, you're not just fine. You still have to go to the ER and get treated, if your allergy is severe enough to cause that wheezing and need for the epipen. The pen just keeps your heart beating to keep you alive so you *make* it to the ER. It's incredibly terrifying!!! That's how you instantly know the woman on the show was lying, though. You never store your epipen if your allergy calls for one.

I used to lie a lot so you can tell she’s lying here within the first 20 seconds. What I used to do is every time someone tried to confirm something with me, I would always make sure to explain myself to make them less suspicious. Notice how when she’s asked about being allergic, she explains “oh it takes 20 minutes to work” to justify her lie and to make her obvious lie she knows is obvious less obvious

@@Dulapeep96 I used to lie about almost everything regarding homework, things I had to do, mostly about everything. I don’t know how I stopped. I think it was about just maturity. One thing that helped was thinking if they have evidence of me lying, then I shouldn’t lie. Example if I was supposed to email someone, and my parents asked if I did, and I said yes, they can easily check to see if I have or haven’t. A lot of it too was guilt. I would get caught in some lies and saw how it hurt my family and knew they wouldn’t trust me the more I lied. With friends, it was being a hypocrite. I always said I don’t want to be lied to, but I would sometimes lie about not meeting with them or reasons why I wasn’t on my phone. Over the years of lying, I have built up many excuses that were harder to tell if I was lying and it’s easy to detect them if i see them in shows or clips like these. I sometimes lie now, but mostly it’s because I forgot to do something and I don’t mean to lie but it’s in the moment and mostly a flight or fight thing and trying to gain myself a little more time to get those things I need to, done. If you need anymore advice or have anymore questions let me know. I’m happy to share and help

@@luna_swan0853 Very mature of you to talk so openly about your personal experience.. Sounds to me like you've genuinely owned up to it and matured. Bravo to you, miss. I used to lie all the time too, but it was because I was a heroin addict. Every single lie I told served a single purpose - to protect my addiction. I'm clean now, so my lying has very drastically diminished. But I still tell little white lies every single day, I think everyone does. Here's one of my personal observations.. I feel like when I was in the thick of it and things were really bad, people were actually for the most part believing my lies. I stepped on a bee and the two minutes it took to get to my epipen I could barely breathe. After injecting my epipen, I made it to my front porch to get my family’s attention before collapsing and they had to inject another epipen. We live further out once 911 was called, my neighbor put me in his truck and sped to meet the ambulance. They had to give me more epinephrine before I could breathe again. Benadryl does not stop an anaphylactic reaction and it doesn’t prevent one either.

To be fair I think she means in the context of a random vid. RU-vid's system for revenue has changed a few times and as it stands right now you would be lucky to get a couple of dollars a month if you're just posting things casually. Unless you make videos for a job and actually treat it like a business (e.g. sponsors, midrolls, merch, playing to that sweet sweet algorithm to get even more people in) and are also extremely lucky, RU-vid isn't that much of a money maker. She's still a terrible liar though, because nobody would post a video like that to make money anyway.

I say this because I call BS on her “I didn’t know it had black pepper”. People who really have allergies, especially food allergies, do NOT just say “oh cool free food! Nom nom nom”. (Never had issue before) I was in panic mode couldn't speak, since I couldn't breathe and the seeking was extremely noticeable. it was literally 30 seconds before I knew there was an issue I dialed 911 and thankfully my neighbor was an er nurse she told them it was an allergic reaction possibly anaphylaxis, and the paramedic who arrived in less than 3 minutes jumped out with a needle and immediately injected me through my clothing. It was almost immediate I felt relief. It would be extremely expensive to determine which insecticides where sprayed around the property whole I was outside so I was given a script for an EpiPen upon release from hospital the next afternoon. I haven't needed to use one thankfully since but I'm caution now when in areas that are sprayed with any chemicals for insects

One to put me to sleep, one for pain and the other was an antibiotic. CIPRO. I had had a bad reaction to Penicillin prescribed to me in 1978 for a bladder infection. Soon after taking the first pill, I broke out into hives, and I had difficulty breathing. I went to that ER sand. Was treated and told to never take penicillin again, after having taken it just fine up until then. I was then 18 years old. So the surgeon thought to use the Cipro for my surgery and most likely afterwards had I not gone into full anaphylactic shock and I was being taken into surgery. I was screaming that something was burning and took one look over at the anesthesiologist. The look on his face said it all! I heard him say the word anaphylactic ( a word that I had never heard before) then the word STAT! He was so shaken up that he knocked over the metal tray on wheels that held the surgery tools, then I was OUT!

I've had multiple anaphylactic reactions and the fact that she's able to talk goes to show that it's not real and not carrying your epipen? Miss thang I knew by the time I was 3 that it had to go everywhere with me

tbh that’s exactly the allergy process i have to bees, my tongue swells up over about 20 minutes and it feels like my throat is swelling, too, but it doesn’t close as with severe reactions. I didn’t think it was controversial and glad i didn’t ask dr phil whether it was real sheesh. Of course, i also wouldn’t even think to record myself.

as somebody who actually has a life threatening allergy [anaphylaxis without eating or touching it. peanut level allergy] with 5+ times having severe anaphylaxis there's a HUGE discrepancy between her saying she is careful with what she eats and she forgot in the heat of the moment. I check the labels on every single product [food or not] i buy, I always ask about ingredients and make sure people know about my allergy when I go to a restaurant or am flying, and I always bring MULTIPLE epi pens with me if I'm out more than 1 day. that's the BARE MINIMUM when you live with *severe* anaphylaxis

I had this anaphylactic shock when I had a test with I've iodine. Mine was very severe and it happened in the hospital. Very scary and I was close to death very instantly.

She does seem to be totally acting BUT I have had 2 anaphylactic reactions in my life, and I’ll admit I don’t always have an epipen close. It’s been 15 years since my last episode, so I’ve gotten more lax with it. I know I should be more careful, but it’s really not a thing I think about often at this point.

You’re cautious about your allergy but store away your epipen and you eat a random pizza left at your doorstep and she’s laughing as her tongue is “swelling”

I’m allergic to various medications and bees. I have epipens all over. I have one in my purse at all times, in my medicine cabinet at home, and in my car. Anyone who comes to visit us, since we live in the country where bees are ample, gets a run down of where my epipens are and how to inject one. I would never be anywhere without one and even in a hectic move, would not misplace where they are. It’s life or death, people with actual anaphylactic allergies don’t play with that.

Hi someone with a nut allergy here. All I have to say it all anaphylactic reactions are different along with reaction times and sensitivities. I also have a friend with a peanut allergy. We both have had times where we realized that we forgot the epipen. We also both have ADHD so that could explain that but I can tell you they have had reactions just like the first video and her video. I’ve accidentally eaten things that I’m allergic to. The amount that is ingested can significantly change the reaction or at least that’s what my allergy doctor informed me about during allergy testing. She very well could be faking but everyone reacts different and mistakes can be made.

I am actually allergic to capsaicin which is the oil in peppers and it is so limiting to live with an allergy like that and it’s disgusting to have someone pretend to have an allergy just for attention… it’s one thing if it stems from a mental disorder but to do it just for attention is awful and insulting to people who live with severe allergies! I’ve had several anaphylactic episodes and this woman is not going through anaphylaxis

Jesus christ. I had allergic reaction due to some shrimp not being fresh and had severe breathing problem which thankfully I went to emergency on time. The effect was slow from hives first in my ears and then it goes down. 2nd stage is my tongue getting like thick and my airway slowly closing. 3rd and last stage is my legs getting like paralyze feeling since they were like weaker and had myself grab onto my parent's shoulder. This happened when I was small and the shrimp that caused me allergies was from H-E-B. like we asked them if they were fresh and said yes. I know I can out a lawsuit on them but the guy was nice and perhaps didn't know. But years later we we found this small seafood place which actually sells fresh seafood which they get from the beach and quickly puts it up for sale. It's a small shed and I find it cute.

I sound like that lady in the video who is giving herself a EpiPen when I have any seafood. The lady who called 911 is a liar!!! I have a epi pen in my desk, purse, medicine cabinet, one at work. People who fake anaphylaxis shock and call 911 should get a fine!

Hilarious. I will literally keep an inhaler in every single spot I can get to it as quick as possible. One in my car, in my bag, on my bedside stand, in the kitchen, and one or two extra in my closet at all times. To even think saying something as silly as- “”I put the device that saves my life in storage by accident”, is not even comical, it’s just plainly absurd! This woman is a nutcase! 🌰

yeah no anaphylaxis is no joke I've had one before but unlike the woman in the video wheezing the epipen didn't work all the way and I still sounded like her after using it. They had to give me O2 a heart monitor and several bags of IV meds before I was ok again. Your stomach feels like it's being squeezed by a boa constrictor while you feel like you're breathing out of a coffee stirrer
