Am I literally the only woman who was so excited to get my period. I felt like it was Christmas. I was *finally* a "woman". Then I learned it was a MONTHLY thing, not a one time deal like I thought. And I was like....oh. 😒

CC CC I was excited too. I told my mom and she started jumping up and down telling me I was a woman lol. I knew it was monthly tho and my mother got cysts that made her periods painful so I knew that was coming as well. Luckily didn’t get cysts until recently so I never had much pain.

What's weird is ALL you women treat your last period like it IS your last period. You never have ANY pads,etc and then need someone to go to the store for you each month with out fail to buy some. You people need to get real and realize it's going to happen EVERY 30 days +/- until you're 55 + and those eggs get cooked.

In reference to Ruth's comment about separation of immigrant children: Children get separated at the border because their parents are found guilty of a crime. The children can't get locked up with the parents and this is the reason for the separation.
